French Patio doors allow direct access to the pool deck as well as letting lots of natural light in giving the room a light and airy feel. POOL AND SPA AREA The luxurious 26 x 13 foot private pool and spa is surrounded by a large extended patio that includes a covered lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. This area is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers, allowing you to both lie back and soak up the sunshine or enjoy a little lunch and a cool glass of wine. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge (recommended for October to March) but for those really hot days of summer, the lanai is equipped with a cooling ceiling fan or alternatively why not just lie back and relax in the luxurious spa. It can accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrows adventures! The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are numerous pool toys to keep the children entertained. For peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa, there is a pool safety fence which takes just a couple of minutes to put in place KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY ROOM Kitchen The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/automatic ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The only thing you need to provide is the food! There is seating for three at the large breakfast counter and a telephone from which all local, national and International calls are FREE. Laundry Room If you need to do any laundry, you will find a large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron, and ironing board in the laundry cupboard upstairs. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs. DINING ROOM The Dining room is located at the rear of the villa next to the Kitchen and adjoining the Living room. There is a large wooden table and eight chairs. It is ideal for both formal and casual meals. A large bay window gives the room a fresh and spacious feel, and provides a great view out over the Pool deck. GAMES ROOM To add to your enjoyment we have converted our garage into a fantastic games room. The room has internal access into the house and features table football, a pool table and an electronic darts board, along with seating, side tables and a music/CD player. BEDROOMS Master Suite 1 The first Master Suite is located downstairs at the front of the villa. It has a fantastic King sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a tub/bath, huge walk-in shower, toilet, basin and a large vanity mirror. Additional luxuries include a cooling ceiling fan, a television with cable TV, hair dryer, clock radio, and your own private outside seating area. There is an abundance of storage space provided by a large walk-in closet. Master Suite 2 The second Master bedroom suite is located upstairs and looks out over the front of the villa. It has a King sized bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower unit. As with the first Master Suite, there is a large walk-in closet, hair dryer and television with cable TV. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 Bedroom five contains a Queen sized bed, while bedrooms three and four each have two single beds. All three rooms are located adjacent to each other and each has its own television with cable TV. Located conveniently in the same hallway as these three rooms is the family bathroom, complete with a bath / shower unit. Ample storage space is provided in each room by built-in closet and drawers. The villa has air-conditioning and heating throughout, so all five bedrooms will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will help you relax and enjoy a good nights sleep. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it. For families with a baby we also provide a high chair and cot at no additional cost.
