Our villa is located in Florida's bountiful orange grove country 1.5 miles south of the junction of Highways 192 and 27 which is just north of Interstate 4. That's only eight miles from the gates of Disneyworld! r n r nOur villa is a 30 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport. If you are driving to Orlando, access to the villa is just off Interstate 4 near the junction of highways 192 and 27. Disney is just 15 minutes away. Sea World and Universal Studios are only a few minutes farther. About an hour to the east are the many beaches of the Atlantic Ocean or the Kennedy Space Center. You can head west an hour or so to reach the Gulf of Mexico beaches or visit Busch Gardens. The new Legoland is about 30 minutes to the south. r n r nEnjoy our sunny south-east facing pool and spa that is screened in and lighted at night. The Lanai is shady and has lounges, tables, chairs, an electric BBQ, child-sized furniture, and fun pool toys. We do have a pool safety fence. The pool area is spacious and has a convenient toilet and shower. r n r nThe dining table seats eight and the large kitchen, which seats four, is complete with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Both the kitchen and dining area look out onto the Lanai-pool area. r n r nOur home is furnished with beautiful designer furniture and accessories. The great room is complete with TV, stereo AM/FM, and VCR/DVD/CD. There are board games to play and childrens movies to watch. Relax in all the comforts of your air-conditioned home away from home! We have eight TVs in our home - all with cable! r n r nOn the first level of our home we have a queen-size suite with a disabled friendly bath and a second queen-size bedroom. We have just added a games room. The kids can play board games, foosball, or pool, watch TV or movies, or just 'hang out'. If you have extra energy after a long day in the parks, you can burn some calories on our excercise bike. The games room has a queen sleeper sofa that you can use but we do not include it in what we call 'sleeping space'. r n r nThe second level has two spacious king-size master suites. Each having large baths with a shower and jetted Jacuzzi tub. A junior suite (the Princess room) has two twin beds and bath. A forth bedroom (the Mickey room) has two twin beds. You can view the Disney fireworks from the upstairs bedroom windows! r n r nAll linens are furnished as are hair dryers, radio alarm clocks, a high chair for the little one, a baby crib if you need it, two strollers for your use, a washer and dryer for the laundry, an iron and ironing board, and even a Christmas tree and decorations if you are visiting for the holidays and care to set it up. r n r nThere are shopping malls, flea markets, and many golf courses for you to enjoy. A nearly countless number of restaurants are nearby if you chose to dine out. Undoubtedly you will enjoy the convenience of multiple close-by grocery stores, a new super Walmart, medical facilities, and gas stations. r n r nWe are sorry but no pets are allowd. Also, if you choose to smoke, you must do so outside of the home so that future guests, who may be offended or allergic to smoke, are not upset. r n r nMake yourself at home!
