It has its own pool, a games room, 2 extremely spacious living areas, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The development is 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and about an hour from Tampa or Sanford. The pool has some degree of privacy, is caged against insects, with extra large deck and good quality pool furniture. Our community centre has 2 more pools, plus a children's fun pool with water spouts, and a children's playground. There are facilities for tennis, volleyball, basketball, football, running track, all FREE of charge. There is a conservation area to the west of our development. The large master bedroom with American lighthouse theme, overlooks the pool and has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom and cable TV. The second bedroom has a sea/beach theme, queen-size bed, and cable TV. The Tinkerbell bedroom and Spiderman bedroom each have twin beds. All bedrooms are carpeted for comfort, and have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The games room contains a pool table, a foosball table, table tennis, darts, tennis and badminton racquets, basketball, quoits, and hopscotch. The villa also has cable TVs, books, jigsaws, and games, DVD, stereo and CD player for those rare wet days. The fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, jug kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer with ice maker, garbage disposal unit, pots, pans, china, cutlery, cooking utensils. All bedding and towels (including pool towels) are provided, and there is a laundry room, complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. All that you need bring with you are your belongings. The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, by our British management company. We regret that we cannot accept pets.
