Description:In the beautiful European Caribbean island Sardinia, cozy and comfortable holiday house in Costa Rei for 7-8 people in an enclosed lovely and green garden (900 sq.m) with a spectacular outdoor shower, only 250 m (800 feet) away from the the fabulous white sand beach and the marvelously inviting turquoise water. Heavy duty renewal works made in 2009 and 2010 have given the house a second youth, as well structurally and in the furnishings. You'll find no luxury but a lot of comfort in a fully equipped, pleasantly decorated and easy-to-live house for a relaxed holiday. The 2-storey house features at the ground floor a large living & dining room with fireplace that opens on a suggestive, large shaded terrace equipped with a built-in barbecue as well as table and chairs, the place you will enjoy most during your whole stay. The terrace itself opens onto the big garden that hedges the house, with a beautiful outdoor shower with cold and hot water constituting a veritable outdoor second bathroom. An independent well-equipped kitchen, a toilet with sink and a bedroom with a 120 cm wide bed (suited for 2 children or slim adults) complete the ground floor. On the first floor you'll find the other 3 bedrooms (1 double bed - 2 twin beds that can be united in 1 double bed - 1 bunk bed) and a complete bathroom with shower. For your leisure SAT TV, books (a few in English), a few games and beach toys are available. For your comfort all windows have been equipped with mosquito nets and you’ll find cooling fans in all the bedrooms. Washing machine and ironing equipment are available, while we have chosen not to install any dish-washer nor air-conditioning. Baby set and linen rental available on request. Our house is located in a colourful 900 sq.m private garden, itself in a beautiful residential area made up of individual houses and villas surrounded by gardens, only 250 m away from the beautiful sand beach of Costa Rei. As every place in Sardinia, holiday resorts are very well integrated in the wild landscape. No high buildings and towers. The nearest shops and restaurants are about 500 m away. Sardinia is a beautiful island. Come and visit the south with its uncontaminated nature, its wild but clean, beautiful, huge white-sand beaches with a marvelous turquoise-blue water... Discover the Nuragic civilization and the antique Sardinian traditions, its tasteful cuisine, its incomparable sheep cheese (pecorino) and its top-quality wines (white Vermentino, red Cannonau, etc...)!
