Description:Bungalow ?Casa Esther? 90 m2 with pool and only 200 meters from the sea with a fine sandy beach, for a family with 2 children. Homely and cosy, furnished with oil paintings. Groundfloor: Living, open kitchen, toilet and utility room with vacuum cleaner, pillows for the sun loungers and garden chairs, iron and ironing board and cushions for the loungers and chairs. Topfloor: 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds, all have bedside cabinets and wardrobe space and bathroom with shower, second toilet and washing machine. Open American kitchen fully equipped with furnace and gas-Oven with hob fitted with all appliances including cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. All cooking utensils, pots, pans etc are also provided. The living area has a 5 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a TV with satellite reception and a coffee table and central heating from November till April and is included in the price. All energy as Gas, Light and Water is included in the price. Everyone has its own terrace in the garden. Our whole day Sunny garden has 4 palmtrees. The private covered Carport is suitable for 2 cars. The house is very clean, well maintained and has a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The area is dominated by green and other villas. In front of our villa is a good restaurant. Only 500 meters away is one of the many supermarkets. The region of Denia is marvellous and there are many attractions, trips and excursions to make in the area, so I created my own information folder which you will get with your reservation. Denia is beautiful and offers everything which makes a holiday enjoyable and exciting, but also to spend your time near the pool, or sea for example is wonderful. In any case you can spend a beautiful holidays at our place. Throughout the house there are mosquito nets and role shutters and net curtains. There is a side warmwater shower near the big swimming pool from 5 x 10 meters with Roman staircase. The washing machine and TV instructions are also in your language. The ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer are present. Your car can be parked behind closed grids under the carport. The two rooms have each good matrasses and two single beds put side by side, for a maximum of four persons. Each room has its wardrobes and two chairs. The rooms are overlooking at the gardens. Net curtains, role shutters, screens and mosquito nets before the windows. Central heating. Cleaning fee not included The price has been calculated on the basis of 2 adults and 2 children till 18 years. You pay a supplement for the third and fourth adult per person per night, please aks us. Final cleaning is 60 Euro not included. Sheet rent, towels and beach towels for 20 Euro per person not included. The deposit required 150 Euro must be paid upon arrival and will be refunded before your departure. Central Heating from November to April is included in the price. The WIFI key is 15 Euro per week not included. The payment is 50 percent of the total amount paid with the transfer order by bank. The remaining amount due upon arrival. You can book for a mininum of one week or several weeks. Your arrival from 16 hours. Departure before 10 hours.
