Description:3 bedroom furnished apartment in a lovely 2 family house just outside of Copenhagen (Hvidovre). It's situated only 800 meters from the train and has easy access to town (10 minutes to the central station). Grocery store and food options only 200 meters away. There are also bikes available for free use and it only takes 20 minutes by bike to the center. It's possib to make an extra bed in the living room or office on our queen size air mattress. The house also has a big garden. Free parking in our garage and free high speed internet and cable tv.

Description:We live in a nice and spacious 3 storey classic Danish architect-designed house from 1932. It had a complete make over in 2007 and offers all modern facilities including a bathroom with jacuzzi. There are two bathrooms with modern showers. All bathrooms have floor heating which also applies for all rooms on the groundfloor. The kitchen is from 2009 and offers all modern facilities. There is plenty of space for a family of 4 - 5 people and a nice children-friendly garden with trampoline and swings where you can have barbeques in the evening or just enjoy a sunny day. In the house you will find everything you need for a comfortable living. In connection with the children's rooms there is a little loft. There is a cosy patio in connection with the dining area where you can have your breakfast on sunny summer mornings or you can eat your dinner there on cooler summmer evenings. In the garage there a 4 bikes, 2 adult bikes, and 2 children's bikes which you are free to use. We have a wireless internet connection which you can use, cabel TV, DVD, radio with CD player.... The near surroundings have much to offer. Only 30 meters away you'll find a nice little public playground. The town center is in walking distance (1,5 km) and here is a nice pedestrian area with lots of shops and cafées etc. Kolding has a large public swimstadion very children friendly with play area. There is a large public leisure and play parc 4 km from the house which is free of charge. If you like shopping there is a large shopping mall just outside the town and if you like beach life you will find nice east coast beaches 15 minutes away, and 1 hour by car is enough to reach the beautifull sandy beaches of the Westcoast. In nearby Billund (40 km) you will find Legoland and the waterpark Lalandia. The bigger cities Århus and Odense (H.C. Andersen's town) are both reachable within 1 hour by car and Copenhagen can be reached in 2 hours by train or 3 hours by car.

Description:Wonderful relaxing summerhouse right at the lovely sandy beach (Flovt Strand) in southern Denmark, close to the cities of Haderslev, Kolding, Vejle, Aarhus... And appr. 40min. drive from the border of Germany. This house has been in our family for many years, we built it ourselves, so we really put a lot of efford and love into it. It is a cosy stonehouse, very warm and friendly. The moment you walk in, you feel the tranquillity. There are 2 bedrooms with 5 beds (but easily accomodates more guests on fold-out beds etc. if wished), large bathroom w.shower, large living room with fire place and tv, comfy furniture, dining area, kitchen with everything you need. 2 nice gardens/ yards, 2 sunny terrasses, garage for car. There is no internet installed, but if you bring your own wireless, there is a very good signal there. Telephone is installed, and can be opened on request. You can walk a few steps only to the beach, it is a wide lovely beach, nice for bathing vacation, lay in the sand and the sun, the ground in the water is sandy, fresh clean water, good for children too, and the beach streches very long for nice long walks along the beach. You can walk up along the coast as well, where you have a wide long lookout over the sea. There is also an old wiking-graveyard to vist, and an old fisherman's town where you will find the best Danish hotdogs and icecream. The area is kind of lonely, though there are many friendly neighbors around, esp. in summer there will be more people and tourists. Though this beach is never over crowded, which makes it really nice, relaxing. There is no traffic at all, very silent, so it is really a place for relaxing and to get away from buzzing life, the routine life. You will need a car to get here, there is no public transport. And the nearest shop is appr. 10min drive away. The nearest city Haderslev appr. 20mins drive, where you will find everything, big supermarkets, movies, bars, pubs, restaurants, acitivities -Haderslev is a very nice friendly old Danish city, worth visiting. There are lots of things to do while you are there, cities of Haderslev, Aabenraa, Sonderborg, Kolding, Vejle, Aarhus, Esbjerg etc. are easy reachable with car. So is Legoland (appr. 1hour drive away), amusement park Sommerland Syd. Also, the German city Flensburg is nice and close, 45mins. drive. I will be happy to give you ideas and guide you whatever your interests and wishes are. Many activities and sports options around as well, e.g. golf, tennis, horse riding, watersports. And lots of cultural acitivies, e.g. museums, arts, cinema, concerts, sightseeing of castles, churches, history. Many other beaches easy to reach. I am working in the hotel business myself, so I know how to accommodate guests and how to provide good service and how to provide a great memorable experience and a nice vacation. We rent this house out from min. 3 days, and happily on long-term basis. The price is negotiable. Please just ask and get in touch. I would be happy to host everyone. Just outside the door 5A bus that runs every 4-6. min.: The trip to the Central Station, which is connected to commuter trains and long distance throughout the country, takes 5-6 minutes. There is public parking in the street and the new, modern, supervised parking garage right behind the apartment. About landlords: We named Claus and Helene and are both musicians and creative people. We know Copenhagen very well and use the city lot, so we could tell you about the new and trendy places for both children and adults. Description:Charming summer cottage in the outskirts of Copenhagen, but in the middle of Zealand. Cozy little house in the middle of Zealand, 80 sqm, in the countryside close to nature and farmland with chickens in the back yard, so you can have fresh eggs for your breakfast every morning. The house is situated near old Sengeløse, 10 min from the motorway that leads both to Copenhagen (30 min by car) and to Roskilde (20 min by car) in picturesque farming settings overlooking fields with grazing sheep. The house is a 2 bedroom house, with a big living/dining room area containing a comfy sofa area, and dining area with room for 4 people. The kitchen has a cozy little sitting area as well, stove and is fairly spacious. The house is surrounded by a large private garden, full of large trees and with a big child friendly lawn, there is also a little fireplace and two small terraces for outside dining. If you are traveling by car, there are no parking fee in this area, and there is an open garage next to the house. The area is safe and nice - nearby you find a park called Vigerslevparken. Also there are lots of playgrounds nearby. If you are traveling with kids, there is also a baby-bed a chair for kids and other baby-things.
