Description:I am renting out an 53 m2 apartment - preferably long term from january 4th to april 1st. Apartment has: - new bathroom with hair dryer and warm shover - living room with sleeping couch, dinning table and stereo - bed room with double bed and 2 closets, - kitchen with fridge and a gas owen (The owen is broken but the hotplates work theres a mini owen) It is located on the 1st floor and has wireless internet. The building has a rooftop terrasse and a free laundry in the basement.. The appartment is situated on Nørrebro - btw the local park - Nørrebroparken - and Nørrebro station, which offers good possibilities of public transportation by bus and train - both in and out of th city as well as to CPH airport in Kastrup. It is also close by Assistentens kirkegård and the bussy part of Nørrebro around Jægersborggade and Skt. Hans Torv with lots of bars, small restaurants, querky boutiques etc. I have i duvey and a sleeping bag in the appartment. Bed linens, blankets/duvets and towels etc. are available and at your disposal, if you whish so. Smoking is not allowed in the appartment, but there is a staircase from the kitchen to the backyard, where you can smoke instead. Suitable for singles, couples and families with little kids as there is no seperate kids room. No pets allowed. 500 DKK pr night is a fixed price wether you are 1,2 or 3 people staying in the apprtment. 5000 for 14 days 9000 for the month 22.000 for the entire period A deposit of DKK 2500 will be reserved on your credit card via Airbnb the day before your arrival and will be released 24 hours after check out assuming no damage etc. NOTE: Please send me a message with the dates you wish to stay, before attempting to book the apartment. The apartment is ideal for a couple, but suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment was a regular 2 rooms kitchen Cph apartment that has been remodelled into a modern and flexible space, with an open kitchen/living room and the other room with an elevated platform for sleeping - build partly on top of a walk-in closet. The apartment is placed in the funky Vesterbro. Just by Enghave Plads (the main square), a nice park and lots of coffee shops and bars. This used to be the working-class quarter and the red light district, but during the recent years it has been turned in to the most hip place in town. In this area you will find trendy coffe shops, import kitsch from Turkey, delicatessen, halal butchers and designers side-by-side. - 10 minutes bus to central station, very close bus and s-train connections. - 10 minutes walk from the meat-district with galleries, bars, clubs and restaurants.
- 10 min bus to Tivoli - 5 min walk to Carlsberg, museum and tasting
- 10-15 min walk to the big parks Søndermarken and Frederiksberg have
- 20 min walk to Strøget, the main shoppingstreet
- 35 min by train to the airport. Kids welcome (cot available), but no smoking or pets please. If you have children, there are several playgrounds in the area and a nice park just across the street.
