Description:Really fantastic location. Nice bright apartment on 5. floor overlooking the rooftops of Copenhagen. There is fortunately enough an elevator. You'll have the whole apartment to yourself. 1 bedroom, 1 large sunny livingroom with a balcony. New kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher, stove with oven. There are plenty of pots and pans and feel free to use spices, oils, flour etc. if you want to cook. Blankets, pillows, towels and linen are off course included in the rent as well as utilities such as heat, water and electricity consumption. Small but well organised new bathroom with toilet, shower & washing machine. Cable TV & DVD. Cheap daily parking fee at Frederiksberg. Walking distance to the Central Station, Tivoli and the centre of Copenhagen. You can take nice walks or join the joggers around the lakes of Copenhagen which are nearby too. Wonderful vibrant area with lots of shops, cosy cafées and nice restaurants. Close to the very hip street Værnedamsvej and Vesterbro too where you can visit the cool Meatpacking District (Kødbyen) for drinks and food. Since the apartment is situated very close to the centre of Copenhagen you can expect some noise from the street. Access to large common terrace on the topfloor with a lovely view of Copenhagen.

Description:This cosy apartment is situated in Oesterbro, one of the main neighborhoods of central Copenhagen. A 5 min walk to the S train station Svanemoellen, and you will be at Copenhagen central station in 7 minutes (4 stops). Situated right by a great park (Faelledparken) and a 10-15 min walk away from Svanemoellen Marina and a lovely small beach. 100 metres from the main boulevard, Oesterbrogade, where you will find shopping, cafes, restaurants etc. The apartment has a warm and cosy atmosphere and the area is very quiet. It will fit either a couple or two close friends, as the shower cabin is situated in the bedroom - authentic Copenhagen style! I can also provide a foam fold-out mattress for friends who don't want to share the bed. The living room has a dining table, a couch, a nice armchair, a small flat screen tv and a few cabinets. The kitchen is new (January 2011) and has a gas stove, fridge, freezer, micro wave oven and all the necessary amenities. The toilet is a tiny room and you wash your hands in the kitchen - this is quite normal for these older apartments (from 1899) and not a problem for most people, but you should know about it! In the bedroom I have a 1,60 m wide bed, a desk and chair and a wardrobe. Fresh and clean duvets, pillows, bed sheets and towels (all from November 2011) are provided. Free wifi included. The apartment is 2 rooms (73 m2/786 sq. ft.) and situated in the hip (but quiet!) area Nørrebro in Copenhagen. The apartment is situated 10-15 minutes by bus (5A) from the city centre (main city square), and the bus stop is situated 100 meters from the front door (leaves every 5-10 minutes). The apartment is light and spacious and has a big 5 m2 balcony with a four part door that can be opened fully. The amenities include: free 10mbit Internet, queen size bed w. 2 separate duvets and pillows, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, shower (Copenhagen style, over the cistern), 32 inch Sony TV, DVD player, Stereo w.
