Located just 15 minutes walk from the main railway station and 10 min. walk from the Frederiksberg Garden and Søndermarken that are beautiful green parks with ample opportunity for walking / jogging and picnic. Located on the 3rd floor and facing away from Vesterbrogade (all windows facing the courtyard), which means that here is quiet and even with open windows. The apartment has a nice large kitchen contains all the things you need to use the kitchen appliances, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer mm. Description:Summary: Our apartment is located in the 10 min walk from the old city center. It is on the 2nd floor and has a big terrace looking out on a closed yard, a nice new kitchen, a livingroom, a bedroom and a large toilet/bathroom. There is one king-size bed for two persons. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and nice green parks in walking distance. The apartment is bright, clean and a classic Copenhagen apartment simple, modern and fully furnished with a sunny balcony and all amenities. Good for families, couples and professionals. It has 3 rooms with a big living room with TV an big couch, small dinning room but with room enough to invite 6 friends for dinner. The bedroom has a big double bed and balcony where you can have your breakfast in the morning sun, afternoon tea or a pre-dinner drink in the afternoon sun. There is a big bathroom with shower and a new kitchen with all amenities. There is Wifi in all the room and a very quite patio The biggest park in Copenhagen (the community park), with the National Stadium is only 5 minutes walk away to the north while The Kings Garden is a 5 minute walk south towards the old city center. The city lakes is 100 meter away and just on the other side is the vibrant Nørrebro era with many bars and cafes. Østerbro is a quiet area but still central with great public transport. Getting there from the airport: Take the Metro to Nørreport Station and choose between an easy 10 min. walk or a bus going almost to the door. Taxi will be about 30 min depending on traffic. Description:This is one of the best locations in Århus only 6 miles (10km) from the city center, and the sea is only 5 min. ride away. The house is large and spacious and very romantic. Nearby you will find a fitness center and excellent running tracks along the coastline or the parks. This nothern part of Copenhagen is quiet and nice yet full of shops, restaurants and cinemas.

Description:If you need a place to spend a night or 5, I will be happy to help you out, by renting you my little, beautiful apartment with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom/shower. LOCATION: It is located in my favourite part in all of Copenhagen - in Nørrebro, right next to Sank Hans Torv with an awesome shopping street (Elmegade), healthy take out places (Fælledvej and Guldbergsgade) and a short work (2 min.) to buses, that will take you anywhere in Copenhagen (3A, 5A and 350S). - Or you can just walk into the city, reaching the center square takes 15-20 minutes, and it's a beautiful walk, crossing bridges and passing lakes! THE APARTMENT: I live here alone, and I have arranged myself with a little bedroom and a big, nice kitchen with a table for nice breakfasts and dinners. You can use my tiny bathroom and shower as much as you need (floor heat in there, very awesome!) and of course use my stove, oven and spices if you like to cook at home as much as me :) EXTRAS: If you need to do some laundry, there's a laundry room in the cellar. And if you come in the summer, you can enjoy hanging out in our green community patio with a small playground for children and lots'n'lots of grass to do sunbathe or do picnics on. Description:We live in a nice and spacious 3 storey classic Danish architect-designed house from 1932. It had a complete make over in 2007 and offers all modern facilities including a bathroom with jacuzzi. There are two bathrooms with modern showers. All bathrooms have floor heating which also applies for all rooms on the groundfloor. The kitchen is from 2009 and offers all modern facilities. There is plenty of space for a family of 4 - 5 people and a nice children-friendly garden with trampoline and swings where you can have barbeques in the evening or just enjoy a sunny day. In the house you will find everything you need for a comfortable living. In connection with the children's rooms there is a little loft. There is a cosy patio in connection with the dining area where you can have your breakfast on sunny summer mornings or you can eat your dinner there on cooler summmer evenings. In the garage there a 4 bikes, 2 adult bikes, and 2 children's bikes which you are free to use. We have a wireless internet connection which you can use, cabel TV, DVD, radio with CD player.... The near surroundings have much to offer. Only 30 meters away you'll find a nice little public playground. The town center is in walking distance (1,5 km) and here is a nice pedestrian area with lots of shops and cafées etc. Kolding has a large public swimstadion very children friendly with play area. There is a large public leisure and play parc 4 km from the house which is free of charge. If you like shopping there is a large shopping mall just outside the town and if you like beach life you will find nice east coast beaches 15 minutes away, and 1 hour by car is enough to reach the beautifull sandy beaches of the Westcoast. In nearby Billund (40 km) you will find Legoland and the waterpark Lalandia. The bigger cities Århus and Odense (H.C. Andersen's town) are both reachable within 1 hour by car and Copenhagen can be reached in 2 hours by train or 3 hours by car.

It is also within walking distance of Tivoli, the Town square hall etc. CONNECTED TO THE WORLD - From Nørreport Station, two streets away, you can catch the Metro or the train to the airport (12 min. ride) and trains to the rest of the country, Sweden and Germany. All S-trains (local trains) and most busses depart from here too. INN HOUSE FACILITIES - The apartment has a bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a typical small Copenhagen bathroom, TV and wireless Internet. The style of furniture is modern. There are laundry facilities in the basement of the building. Also there is a nice patio with benches, tables and a BBQ grill. Description:Our wonderful apartment in CPH is centrally and beautifully located in a quiet area (Frederiksberg), and yet very close to the nicest streets, with restaurants, bars, shopping etc. - and only a 10mins walk to the subway station with direct connection to the airport (15mins). Frederiksberg, where the apartment is situated, is a lovely neighborhood close to the lakes, in between two of the hippest areas of Copenhagen Vesterbro and Nørrebro, and within walking distance to the center of the city with the Central station, Tivoli gardens, Stroeget (pedestrian shopping street), Planetarium, etc. as the main attractions. The apartment itself has a charming patio and was fully renovated in 2009. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, two living rooms and two bedrooms. The one bedroom in the apartment will not be availabe (locked), but there is another bedroom and a sofa a matress available - wich means that the apart sleeps 2-4 guests.
