The apartment has hard wooden floors and comes with furniture (a big bed, dresser, book cases, dining table etc). The kitchen is well equipped (with a large oven, gas stove and a laundry machine), and a very well assorted selection of kitchen-props (from low-tech-tools such as dough-scrapers, juice presser and cheese-cutters to more high-tech tools such as a toaster, waffle machine and a coffee grinder). Description:Wonderful relaxing summerhouse right at the lovely sandy beach (Flovt Strand) in southern Denmark, close to the cities of Haderslev, Kolding, Vejle, Aarhus... And appr. 40min. drive from the border of Germany. This house has been in our family for many years, we built it ourselves, so we really put a lot of efford and love into it. It is a cosy stonehouse, very warm and friendly. The moment you walk in, you feel the tranquillity. There are 2 bedrooms with 5 beds (but easily accomodates more guests on fold-out beds etc. if wished), large bathroom w.shower, large living room with fire place and tv, comfy furniture, dining area, kitchen with everything you need. 2 nice gardens/ yards, 2 sunny terrasses, garage for car. There is no internet installed, but if you bring your own wireless, there is a very good signal there. Telephone is installed, and can be opened on request. You can walk a few steps only to the beach, it is a wide lovely beach, nice for bathing vacation, lay in the sand and the sun, the ground in the water is sandy, fresh clean water, good for children too, and the beach streches very long for nice long walks along the beach. You can walk up along the coast as well, where you have a wide long lookout over the sea. There is also an old wiking-graveyard to vist, and an old fisherman's town where you will find the best Danish hotdogs and icecream. The area is kind of lonely, though there are many friendly neighbors around, esp. in summer there will be more people and tourists. Though this beach is never over crowded, which makes it really nice, relaxing. There is no traffic at all, very silent, so it is really a place for relaxing and to get away from buzzing life, the routine life. You will need a car to get here, there is no public transport. And the nearest shop is appr. 10min drive away. The nearest city Haderslev appr. 20mins drive, where you will find everything, big supermarkets, movies, bars, pubs, restaurants, acitivities -Haderslev is a very nice friendly old Danish city, worth visiting. There are lots of things to do while you are there, cities of Haderslev, Aabenraa, Sonderborg, Kolding, Vejle, Aarhus, Esbjerg etc. are easy reachable with car. So is Legoland (appr. 1hour drive away), amusement park Sommerland Syd. Also, the German city Flensburg is nice and close, 45mins. drive. I will be happy to give you ideas and guide you whatever your interests and wishes are. Many activities and sports options around as well, e.g. golf, tennis, horse riding, watersports. And lots of cultural acitivies, e.g. museums, arts, cinema, concerts, sightseeing of castles, churches, history. Many other beaches easy to reach. I am working in the hotel business myself, so I know how to accommodate guests and how to provide good service and how to provide a great memorable experience and a nice vacation. We rent this house out from min. 3 days, and happily on long-term basis. The price is negotiable. Please just ask and get in touch. I would be happy to host everyone. Description:On this spot, right in the middle of Wonderful Copenhagen, you have all you need. The apartment is situated in my favorite area of Copenhagen – Nørrebro, just between Nørrebrogade and Jægersborggade. If I was going to Copenhagen and didn’t know the city, I would hope for someone to recommend me exactly this apartment and location It’s the place you want to be, if you search a warm home, local life, cheap shops, interesting food places, nice bars and low key hang out. At the same time you’re close to the city centre (10 min. by bike), and the bus leaves from just around the corner. There is free parking in the area and always space. The apartment Situated on the top 5th floor, my peaceful apartment has a fantastic light and a splendid view over the roof tops of Copenhagen and the priest’s garden. It consists of 2 rooms, a bathroom, a small hall way and a living room in open connection to the kitchen. The 2 rooms each have a double bed, and in the living room there is a couch that put together creates a 5th place to sleep. I can easily organize madrases for more people on request, no limits. In the shared garden you can eat your breakfast, do barbecues, hang out in the sun and meet some of the nice neighbours. The apartment includes: • Washing machine • Dishwasher • Juice machine, mocca maker, toaster and water boiler • All necessities needed for cooking and eating • Bed sheets, towels, toilet paper etc. • Wireless internet • Sound system to connect your Ipod/computer • Extra madrases on request • Cleaning after departure • Coziness, good vibes and love The best way to get around Copenhagen is by bike, especially when the weather is nice. It’s possible to rent a bike just around the corner for app. 60 DKK a day (8 Euros). There is also a well connected system of buses and metro that I can explain you about - it’s quite expensive though, so I recommend a bike or simply walking. The trip from the airport to the apartment will take you around 30 minutes. The easiest way to get here is to catch the metro from the airport to “Nørreport Station”. From here take the bus 5a (also leaves from the central station) towards Husum Torv and get off at “Stefansgade”. Look for the church on the opposite side of the street a little to the left, go behind it and find door number 3. Ring the top bell that has no name, and I will welcome you in the apartment. I’ll happily recommend you all my favorite spots of food, yoga, cultural events and going out, and in case you need anything or just can’t get the juice machine to work I’ll be just a phone call away, 24 hours. THE BUILDING: With a view to The Lakes ('Søerne') the building is a recently renovated high-standard bourgeoisie building. Door phone and elevator, there is also a nice yard behind the building. THE AREA: Very centrally located a few minutes walk from Rådhuspladsen (Copenhagen City Square), Tivoli Gardens. Only few minutews walk from the Metro and the city center. Excellent shopping opportunities in the area, as well as plenty of cafees and restaurants.
