Description:Beautiful small apartment, around 50m2 with two French balconies. The ultimate location in the absolute centre of Copenhagen facing the pedestrian shopping street Strøget. The apartment is situated on the top floor in a 200 year old town house. Walking distance to the subway is 5 min subway transport to airport 12 min. Almost all sights in Copenhagen are within walking distance – the rest can be reached by one of the many free city bikes. The apartment consists of two rooms, a combined sitting-room and kitchen – equipped with cable-TV, WIFI and everything you need to cook meals - and one bedroom with a double bed. Both rooms have a French balcony facing the pedestrian street which is full of cosy cafés and great shops. As is typical for this several hundred years old building the bathroom is small but functional with shower facilities. Iron, iron-board and hairdryer are available. Since the apartment is situated in a pedestrian street, there is no traffic noise. Walk down the stairs and you are in the middle of the throbbing life and cosiness of Copenhagen – a mere 30 sec. from the canal and 2 min. from Nyhavn, the historic city harbour. There are several parks within 5 min. walking distance, where you are free to enjoy life with the rest of the citizens of Copenhagen, have your breakfast on the lawn or picnic with friends. The interior is typical Scandinavian, minimalistic and functional. The kitchen is full of all the necessary equipment for you to cook your favorite meals. If you prefer dining out, the area around the flat and the main street Østerbrogade is full of fantastic eating options. The bathroom is beyond the typical Copenhagen version and is very room. Close by is the great park Fælledparken. Here you can stroll around and enjoy the scenery, do a run or a perhaps a picnic. The inner city is very close by, only 10 min. away. Here you enjoy the old neighborhoods, the castles and the very charming Nyhavn. Public transportation is easy and convenient around the area. Seperate lounge area (which can also serve as a bedroom for one person). Comfortable bath room with large shower. The flat has it's own balcony with plenty of space to dine or have a drink in the late afternoon sun. Furthermore, right above the flat, there's an even bigger roof top terrace. The flat has an elevator and has a peak to the ocean, which is only a 5 minute walk away. neighbouring the flat is the large park, 'Fælledparken', which is the ideal place to take a stroll or a morning run. Our favorite cafe for brunch, lunch or a late nite cocktail is only a short walk away! Public transportation in the form of buses or the S-train are only a few minutes away, and you can walk to the heart of the city in 20 minutes. All along the way, you'll find plenty of shopping options, historical sites or the the ocean. We love to live here - and we are sure you'll enjoy spending some time here too !

Description:Really fantastic location. Nice bright apartment on 5. floor overlooking the rooftops of Copenhagen. There is fortunately enough an elevator. You'll have the whole apartment to yourself. 1 bedroom, 1 large sunny livingroom with a balcony. New kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher, stove with oven. There are plenty of pots and pans and feel free to use spices, oils, flour etc. if you want to cook. Blankets, pillows, towels and linen are off course included in the rent as well as utilities such as heat, water and electricity consumption. Small but well organised new bathroom with toilet, shower & washing machine. Cable TV & DVD. Cheap daily parking fee at Frederiksberg. Walking distance to the Central Station, Tivoli and the centre of Copenhagen. You can take nice walks or join the joggers around the lakes of Copenhagen which are nearby too. Wonderful vibrant area with lots of shops, cosy cafées and nice restaurants. Close to the very hip street Værnedamsvej and Vesterbro too where you can visit the cool Meatpacking District (Kødbyen) for drinks and food. Since the apartment is situated very close to the centre of Copenhagen you can expect some noise from the street. Access to large common terrace on the topfloor with a lovely view of Copenhagen.

Description:Very stylish scandinavian appartment, 1 Br and livingroom, kithen and Bathroom. All you need for a perfect stay in Cph. The appartment is placed in the very center of Copenhagen, only a few meters from Kongens Nytorv and Nyhavn (New habour). Many historic buildings, museums near by, and great shopping. The metro og busses is about 100 meters away, which perfectly connect you to the rest of the city. (The Metro takes you to the airport in only 15 min.) There are severel greenspots ( Kongens have og Kastellet)only 5 min. away, perfect when you want to relax a bit or go for a walk. If you feel like discovering some of the nearby attractions the famous statue called, The Little Mermaid (which recently visited Shanghai for a period of time) is situated 2,5 kilometers from the apartment. Also you will The Round Tower within 5 kilometers which has a fantastic view over the city of Copenhagen. This a appartment is the perfect way to get to know Copenhagen, im sure you'll love it! Description:My apartment is not available until the summer of 2012!!!! Denmark. The apartment is fully furnished with a washer/dryer and microwave. The train is five minutes away, beaches and waterfront nearby. It is within walking distance of anything you need from restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, pubs, night clubs, bars, pharmacies, lakes and parks. Although it is a one bedroom, it could fit two people comfortably, especially since my couch turns into a bed. The apartment costs 500DKK per night. Depending on what guest's needs are in terms of the length of stay, we can discuss the best options. Bicycle included at no extra charge, as this city is perfect for biking. Frederiksborg Castle is the largest Renaissance Castle in Scandinavia. It was built in the first decades of the 17th century by King Christian IV and incorporates the finest Renaissance architecture and craftsmanship. The Castle of Jægerspris is near by. One of Dematk's most beautiful sandy Beaches located in the Kattegat: Liseleje Beach is near by.
