Description:I have a big apartment located in the hart of Copenhagen, just by one of the metro stations (nørreport) aka: it only takes 14 min. to get to the airport. The pedestrian street is just a 3 min. walk away and so are 3 lovely parks, the city lakes and a major train station that can take you anywhere you want. My place is in a backyard away from the street and you totally forget that you are in the city center! No noise or pollution.. it is a 5 floor walk up (sorry no elevator) but worth it- I own the whole 5.th floor of the building and there is just lots of light here. Large windows provide the light and airiness that goes with my new Nordic interior design, white, white and white – and some antique furniture. I have classy art on the walls and lots of space between my furniture. Virtually a one-room apartment in the city center Large, quiet, clean, sunny room with 2 single beds (together as one big one but can be taken apart if you want), your own kitchen and bath. Only the front door is shared with the host. An extra fold-out bed can be provided and also a baby bed. The location is close to shopping, sights, public transportation, good restaurants and lots of green space. parking of cars is rather expensive but there is a bike rental just around the corner :-) free high speed internet i know my city very well and would love to give you tips and help you out if you have something special you want to do- or something you want to be here when you get here- food, wine, flowers and other stuff! The building is from the 1840´ties and is very well kept brownstone with thermo windows and central heating. It is a lovely area with a number of large museums, old parks and good dining. It is safe and easy to get to everything- you just don't get more central than this ! If you need to leave your bags in the room on your departure day - because of a late flight, please let me know so we can work around it, i often have someone come in the same day:-) I prefer that you check in before 8 pm (20.00) if you expect to arrive later than that please write so when you inquire or book. Description:The house was built in 1877, it’s old but cosy – it’s no luxury and not brought up-to-date. It has central heating (not working too well) open fire place & solar-vent. Running water & electricity (but again not up-to-date). There is a lake outside the door and its deep, so watch out if you bring kids. If you love nature, and being on your own. Or if you are a family with kids that loves playing in the forest, then it’s really fine. It’s not recommendable to rent in winter time or if you are very sensitive to fungus. It’s located in a forest. You have free access (by foot) to the forest, where you (if you are quiet) have tremendous opportunities to see deer and other wild game. You might also se the deer often come to drink from the lake, giving you the opportunity to sit on the terrace and watch them. We run an Icelandic horse farm just next door, meaning great opportunities for horse back riding. And we are open all year round. If you are interested in alternative treatments, we can offer that too, along with mediations etc. – here and other places in the neighbourhood. As a family you might have different interests, the area offers a lot of opportunities, such as: A friendly beach with swallow water for the younger kids, and a bit further away, bathing jetty or more rough beaches for surfing etc. Even indoor heated water parks. Fishing is possible in the fjord, the streams, lakes or put and take. Horseback riding. Walking in the nature. A fair bit of museums, artist places etc. Shopping centre within 6 km.
