Small toilet with shower. The bedroom has a king size bed. The living room has a sofa where a third guest can sleep without further charge. The apartment is beautifully situated overlooking a cozy square. It is on the fourth floor without elevator, which is quite common for apartments in older historical buildings. Besides getting some step exercise, you ll get a lovely view of the square. There are two cages with birds, but they can be removed if you prefer so. The apartment lies in trendy 'N rrebro', 10 minutes walk from N rreport train and metro station. It takes about 12 minutes by metro from the airport. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the city lakes in an attractive area with lots of small cosy shops, caf s, ethnic restaurants and take aways etc. It is within walking distance to the Town Hall Square, National Gallery, Botanical Garden, Tivoli and almost all other sights and attractions in the city center. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to experience the real Copenhagen, trendy, ethnic and creative. The apartment is perfect for 2 persons, but an extra person can sleep on the couch in the living room without extra charge. Minimum stay 3 nights. The price is 65 € for one/two persons for one night. Description:I have a very nice house. I live in a house with 3 bedrooms, a big livingroom, kitchen and bath. I have my own garden. And it is very quit and nice here!!! Free wireless internet, free parking outside the door. Free washing machine. You will meet a great host in my house - with a warm welcome and a cup of cofee or tea. You can order dinner or lunch. I can tell you about the city, Kolding and the area here you have to see. Kolding is a very beautiful city with 2 beaches in the city, a habour and it is possible to rent a boat. Kolding is the capital of the southern of Denmark. 40 minuttes in car to Germany where everything is under half price compared to Denmark. The house is very close to the center of the city - and it is known for its big music-life - A Live Music House called Godste was The Live House in Denmark in 2011. It is only 10 minuttes walk from here. The inner city is 5 minuttes walk from here - with a lot of small cafees where you can have a brunch, lunch or dinner - and ofte live music. Kolding is a very nice city - not so big - but contains almost as much as Århus and Copenhagen. 2 hours in train to Copenhagen, 1 hour to Århus or Odense. You are welcome to stay here to see how lovely Kolding is. We can talk about the price - that is not that important.

Description:The room is big and bright. It lies at the middle of 'Vesterbro' the live alive center of the city, the Soho of Copenhagen. 10 minutes walk from the Central Station. So it is easy to find if you arrive by train from the airport. There is a fifteen minutes walk to Tivoli and five minutes more to the City Hall Square Check my guidebook about the coolest, nicest places of my neighbourhood, Vesterbro, you can get to most places described on foot in 10 20 minutes. In the last couple of years Vesterbro is known for its cool cafes, funky clubs and multicultural restaurants. Lots of small individual designer shops are very popular in the area, which has a high concentrate of hipsters who love living in this casually funky, relaxed area. Vesterbro is known for being the place where 'whores and pickpockets' in the past lived there. Now the area is better known for a vibrant city life and a fusion of past history and population and young people with creative ideas and alternative lifestyles. The apartment has a kitchen and a very small but clean bathroom from 2008, where you have free and unrestricted access. Of course there is also wireless internet available. The apartment is on the first floor and there´s no elevator. Lovely new, comfortable medium hard latex mattress and bright room. The mattress is 160x 200 cm. There are 2 separate covers/duvets. There´s also offered an extra mattress 90x200 cm if requested. I do always provide good clean towels, linen, duvets and good pillows for your stay. House manual: * Please note that the apartment is always shared with the landlord and other guests. * No smoking indoor. * You can come and go as you want to. * Please take of your shoes when entering the corridor. * Inside the apartment it must be quiet at night from 22 07.30 / 10pm 7.30am * Please lock your door when your not in the apartment. * Please leave the kitchen and bathroom in a fair condition after use. * And most important, it's a friendly place to stay :) The living room can be used after agreement with the landlord. Description:My place is situated between the inner city lakes of Copenhagen and the old radio house, which today is the Royal Danish Academy of Music. Nørrebro and its upbeat Blågårdsgade are five minutes away on foot. The inner city, Vesterbro and Frederiksberg are also walking distance and can be reached in 10 minutes. Only Østerbro and Christianshavn are further away, but the Metro station 'Forum' is opposite my block, and there are several bus lines passing by (2A, 250S, 66). It is a studio type flat on the building's third floor (not counting the ground floor). It has approx 45 sqm, consisting of a large room with a sleeping alcove and a separate entré, a small, but fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a basin and a toilet. There is also a balcony and as the windows are very large, the place is very well lit, also in winter. Its orientation towards a green inner courtyard means that it is relatively quiet and that there is no street noise. The bed is 1,20 m wide and very comfortable for one person. For an additional person, there is a guest mattress or a daybed to be used as a bed. I can provide all bed linens and towels - also for the additional bedding.
