The three bedrooms at Sungai all look out to a private 18m pool, the river, lush tropical canopies interspersed with frangipanis, and the leisure pavilions with Bose sound. nOn arrival, you shall descend about thirty steps down a steep river bank and walk through the entrance of the Villa to find yourself in the middle of a mini rain forest. An 18 metre infinity pool runs along the edge of the property with huge palms, bamboo and other tropical plants emerging from the riverbank below, creating an overwhelming canopy of green. Thick foliage on the opposing riverbank soars overhead and as far as the eye can see, giving the impression that we are completely alone. The villa itself has a beautiful colonial feel about it. A traditional vaulted thatch roof creates a great feeling of space, assisted by ,several huge wood-framed mirrors high on the walls. The colours are soft, cafe latte hues, with a mix of rattan cane and white-washed wood, off white terrazzo floors and khaki soft furnishings. Description:This coming Christmas we are renting out our amazing home from the 10-15th Dec through to the 10-15th of January 2013. Our place is a massive 3 King bedroom home with full working kitchen, huge pool and wonderful living space. Our staff are here to help you with everything you need, including buying and cooking for you as well as taking you wherever you need to go on the island. All rooms have AC and mosquito nets. 2 rooms have DVD and TV. We are looking for a family or 2 families to take over the place and look after it while we are away. Included in the price per night, is a car, a scooter, a cook, a cleaner and a driver. Our house is fully wireless also with unlimited access. Smoking is allowed anywhere outside, but not in the bedrooms and this is the only thing that we ask you adhere to with responsibility as well as keeping the gates and doors shut to our home. We are looking for the full duration of either 3 to 4 weeks rental. Our staff have Sundays off to be with their families and we have a great taxi service here which is very reliable. If you have an international drivers licence you we are also happy for you to drive the car on Sundays yourself. This is a home. We want you to feel like its yours while you are here. Our staff will help you in any way they can to point you in the right direction. We also have a tips guide we give out to help you see some of the Bali that we know.
