The three bedrooms at Sungai all look out to a private 18m pool, the river, lush tropical canopies interspersed with frangipanis, and the leisure pavilions with Bose sound. nOn arrival, you shall descend about thirty steps down a steep river bank and walk through the entrance of the Villa to find yourself in the middle of a mini rain forest. An 18 metre infinity pool runs along the edge of the property with huge palms, bamboo and other tropical plants emerging from the riverbank below, creating an overwhelming canopy of green. Thick foliage on the opposing riverbank soars overhead and as far as the eye can see, giving the impression that we are completely alone. The villa itself has a beautiful colonial feel about it. A traditional vaulted thatch roof creates a great feeling of space, assisted by ,several huge wood-framed mirrors high on the walls. The colours are soft, cafe latte hues, with a mix of rattan cane and white-washed wood, off white terrazzo floors and khaki soft furnishings. Oversized furniture dominates the setting with cushioned benches, luxurious daybeds and a huge marble top dining table taking centre stage, giving the whole setting a feeling of relaxed sophistication and understated chic. Some of the amenities to be enjoyed at Sungai include colour satellite television, a DVD library, a book library, and high-speed internet access (WiFi). nThree spacious air-conditioned bedrooms lie behind sliding glass doors, complete with king-size four poster beds with gorgeous linen and the most fabulously comfortable, custom-made king size pillows and huge indoor/outdoor bathrooms. In addition, each bedroom is fitted with imported linen, plush feather and down duvets, unlimited giant pillows/bath sheets, ,Acqua di Parma ,bathroom amenities, and plasma satellite colour television. Description:Our Villa is located in Tanjung Benoa Nusa Dua and is part of a complex of nine private villas. We have staff to maintain the beautiful gardens, look after housekeeping and 24 hour security. Each villa has its own private pool and the complex also boasts a communal pool in the centre of the common area for all to enjoy. The complex overlooks Benoa bay and has direct water access. The villas are in walk distance to an abundance of great resturants, including Meads, Sakala,The Tree, Coconuts, La Scala are just a few great eateries. The famous water sport area of Nusa Dua is a 5 minute walk or just lay on the balcony upstairs relax and watch the activity on the water. r nThe villa can accomodate upto 8 people and it comprises of 3 x QS size bedrooms with ensuites and a double bunk for the kids. It has a fully equipped kitchen, private pool, Bale begong, BBQ, lounge room, free wifi, Afresco dining and beautiful gardens. We have hosted weddings in the common area and guests have booked many of the villas for the big event. So if you require extra villas for big family holidays or any special celebraration, this can be arranged. The villas are so well located and are about 25minutes from the airport and Kuta. Taxis are cheap and readily available to take you anywhere on the island, or we can arrange for car hire or a car with a driver to take you on any adventure. r nBali Collection shopping centre is about 15 minutes away and the ladies will love to spend a few hours and also a few dollars. There is also an abundance of restuarants in this area. The beaurtiful beaches of Nusa Dua are a big draw card to spend your holiday in this part of paradise.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with en suite bath and a large, open living area. Bali houses feature open plans, and this living area overlooks the treetops to the south and the sea to the east.
