A sophisticated built-in platform bed with drawers features a comfortable full-size mattress and television console that makes this a trendy, loft-like space for older kids to enjoy. A sleek powder room with contemporary sink and wall-mount faucets is conveniently located across the hall. The foyer also provides access to one of three spacious outdoor terraces.The second bedroom is bathed in white and soothing tones of aqua, captured in canvas artwork, commissioned especially for this room. The queen-size bed features a unique basket weave headboard. Strips of woven material provide comfortable support for reading in bed or watching a movie on the hi-def, SONY flat screen TV with built-in BLURAY player. The second bedroom also features a peak of the Gulf from the back of the unit. Custom artwork and flat screen TVs with built-in BLURAY players can be found in all four bedrooms. The third bedroom is the perfect retreat for young children. Two built-in, privately lit bunk beds are joined by a built-in day bed and cushioned banquette with storage drawers. Wood paneled walls provide a durable backdrop to this fun-filled space. As in the second bedroom, the third bedroom provides ample closet space with built-in organizer, hidden behind custom walnut sliding doors. The guest bathroom features a deep tub with glistening, white subway tile shower surround. A custom-built storage piece provides counter space to complement the modern apron sink. The luxurious master bedroom is a voluminous space that showcases vaulted, wood beam and paneled ceilings. A traditional wingback headboard is upholstered in a comfortable, contemporary-style fabric. It ensconces a king-size mattress appointed with chic linens that overlooks French doors that lead outside to a private terrace. A built-in corner cabinet allows the TV to be seen not only from the bed, but from the free-standing DURAVIT soaking tub, positioned in the opposite corner of the room. The adjoining master bath features custom ceiling detailing, a marble vanity top with twin vessel sinks, as well as a walk-in steam shower with electronic controls and separate water closet. The walk-in closet features a built-in organizer. On the South, Gulf-facing side of the unit is the open concept living and entertaining space.
