It is located to the right of the BeachClub and less than a one minute walk to it's entrance. The back of our home borders Grayton State Park making the covered deck that runs the length of our house private.The second floor has an open floor plan and contains the kitchen, breakfast room, dining area, living room and powder room. The kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a separate wine/beverage refrigerator.
