Description:36 Spartina Circle is a charming 5 bedroom/4.5 bath home, with a carriage house, in the Camp District of WaterColor. The 1st floor also has a guest bedroom with a handicap accessible shower and a flat screen television. Out the back door you will find the private entry to the carriage house which has a king bed, a breakfast nook, and its own washer and dryer. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a private bathroom with a tub. There is an additional screened in porch on the 2nd floor that has it's own ping pong table- ideal for family game nights.
