(The home includes also 2 fully loaded golf sets, free to use!). Disney is only a 5 minutes drive! Currently it is surely the newest and luxury around Disney! The back of our home / pool area is heading to a conservation area with trees etc. so enough privacy! The private spa and pool is heading south.The central clubhouse include many amenities for adults as well as for children, including a huge central pool, children play ground, Beach (!) and a huge lake / fishing pond.Our home is brand new, and the first years we would like to enter the rental market in full speed, to build our market . It has a great location on top of the hills south east of Pisa in the countryside where the nobles families from Pisa owned their farm estates and built their villas, as summer residences. In the area there are several medieval towns, like Cevoli, adjacent to the villa, Lari with its magnificent castle and others. From the villa there is an open view of the nearby little towns and the countryside.
