We wanted it as a joyful celebration of Lamu craftmen ancestral talent. The quality finishes make this beautiful beach house one of the finest modern architectural achievement on Lamu Island.The house is white, with arches which frame sea views, sky at day or night, and sails sliding silently. Always magic!Palm trees, ylang-ylangs, frangipanes, bougainvilleas add some colours and scents around.Its location and finishes are truly stunning, maybe the best in Lamu really, even if not humble at all for me to repeat it, sorry, but many ones say that there : with 270° sea views, as you could see on the pictures attached, truly magic when you sit on the terraces or rest there !It is rented on a Self-Catering basis, because it is the most cost-efficient way to do it for our guests, as the food there is really not expensive at all. The living room has a 50 wide/flat/big screen TV, with dvd and 5-speaker dolby surround system!The home include a large and separate game/ entertainment room, including a > professional full size pool table, table foosball, darts, smaller kids games, TV, Play station 2 game computer and much moreThe new resort is just minutes from the major attractions and golf courses. (The home includes also 2 fully loaded golf sets, free to use!). Disney is only a 5 minutes drive! Currently it is surely the newest and luxury around Disney! The back of our home / pool area is heading to a conservation area with trees etc. so enough privacy! The private spa and pool is heading south.The central clubhouse include many amenities for adults as well as for children, including a huge central pool, children play ground, Beach (!) and a huge lake / fishing pond.Our home is brand new, and the first years we would like to enter the rental market in full speed, to build our market .
