If you have a very large group, plan and reserve both houses early because Boaters Launch usually is booked for the summer by the end of January. Pre-booking and weddings: This home does NOT give the current guest first right of refusal for the corresponding week in the next year. When booking this home for a following year a $2,000 deposit is due within 2 weeks of booking. The balance of the first half of the rent is due by January 15. The deposit will apply towards the cost of the rental. The first party to book the home and send in the $2,000 deposit secures the home for that week. When a booking is secured you are guaranteed the rental rate posted at that time of booking (posted discounts apply only to current year). This home allows weddings and will allow pre-bookings for up to two years in advance. There is a $1,500 refundable damage deposit for all weddings in this home. There is a $500 non-refundable wedding/event fee.

A landscaped yard, outdoor sports, and 14 'x24 ' pool make our house a dream for families and couples alike. With the beach only a minute walk away, you will enjoy uncrowded swimming, shelling, walking, and relaxing on the gorgeous sand beaches. This beautifully-appointed five bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home was renovated in 2011 and offers a top level with an open floor plan with a chef 's kitchen, granite countertops, beautiful furnishings, and panoramic ocean and sound views! The living room provides generous seating and a HDTV/DVR/DVD player, Bose Ipod player, and new carpeting. You will be awed by the wonderful sunset views in the dining room (separate seating is available at the island bar), and the gourmet kitchen is stocked with a wide array of cooking utensils, appliances, spices, and cookware. There is also a half bath on the top level with new tile and granite. Enjoy the scenery from the outdoor decks on the second and third levels, relaxing on rocking chairs, dining at the outside table, or soaking up the sun on the cushioned lounge chairs. Four brightly decorated bedrooms are on the second level and two full baths with granite countertops (one with a shower/bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower with seat.) A public sound access is two blocks down from our home, offering great opportunities to kayak, clam, crab, and explore the sound ecosystem. If you have a large group you could rent the entire building and sleep 33 people! In the living room of each duplex there are two security doors that can be opened to allow for movement from home to home. The builder and owner of these homes has excellent taste.
