The owners have custom furniture and furnishings throughout the home to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It has a family favorite open and spacious floor plan with two dens on the main floor. The beach side den has two sofas, including a sleeper sofa. You have your choice of the two to watch television or a movie. Have an avid golfer with you--send him or her over to relax and enjoy the golf channel. Need a break from the kids--send them over to enjoy a huge selection of books, games or activities at their own table. In case you are the one in the kitchen--you can sneak a peek into both dens without leaving the room. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, nautical table settings, and unique serving pieces to add atmosphere to daily meals. The breakfast area seats 6-10 and the dining area another 8. The main floor is hard wood with lovely area rugs throughout as well as a 10' ceiling. Numerous windows provide beautiful ocean views and have blinds offering full privacy. Remote control ceiling fans throughout the home provide a gentle breeze. The oversized deck extends the length of the home with lots of room to put up a baby pool and enjoy some time off the beach. All deck furniture is wood to extend your comfort outdoors. Two enclosed garages. There are two spacious master suites with pillow top mattresses. One is a king four poster bed with custom bedding and window treatments. The bath is ceramic with an oversized Jacuzzi, walk in shower, and separate vanities. You can step out onto another deck that looks over the ocean or enjoy the view from inside the room. The other master bedroom has a queen solid post bed with custom bedding and window treatments as well. The French doors open onto a deck overlooking the undeveloped Intracoastal Waterway, with Topsail Island's most beautiful sunsets. You are just steps away from the beach or feel free to enjoy the Ocean Ridge Pool.
