Description:From the owner: We are trying to make sure we can provide a comfortable and beautiful vacation home. We have installed Brazilian cherry hardwood floors and blue pearl granite counter tops. The home has been professionally and tastefully decorated. The main floor has vaulted and nine foot ceilings and the great room has a high definition, flat screen TV. There are four separate decks, two facing the ocean and two with unobstructed views of the inlet waterway. Every bedroom, with the exception of the two lofts, has access to one of the decks. The lofts offer incredible 360* views. Three of the bedrooms on each side has a private bath. Other features include pool tables, hot tubs, and a shared putting green. We know you will be pleased with the outcome.1) 5 Bedrooms (3 master suites), 4 Baths (per side). 2) Private Hot Tub 3) Game room with pool table on each side of the duplex (ground floor). 4) TVs in each bedroom and living room. 5) High speed Internet (bring your laptop). 6) Security doors between sides in the living room...This might be perfect for a large family that needs ten bedrooms but also wants some privacy. 7) There is dinner seating for 10 people, plus a picnic table on the top deck. Bedding: 2 Kings, 2 Queen, 2 Bunk Beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa (per side). Each side will sleep 14 people! There is a $70 hot fee for activation in the off and mid seasons.
