Rack them up at the pool table also located on this level. This great room also features a wet bar with granite countertop and wine chiller. On this level, there is also a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bath. The well-appointed kitchen on this level is fit for any gourmet chef. With a separate island and bar area, both with stools, the warm custom glazed maple cabinets and beautiful granite countertops are just a few of the elegant features of the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances include a large refrigerator, double wallovens, a microwave, two dishwashers, and a separate icemaker. Your family will create many memories while enjoying each meal watching the beautiful ocean views from inside or outside on the large spacious deck. Take the elevator on down to the second level where there are four bedrooms and four full baths and one half bath. Both oceanfront bedrooms feature queen size beds and access to the deck, while the other two bedrooms each feature 2 sets of bunk beds. Each bunk bed has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Each room also has a trundle. Going to the beach or relaxing in the hot tub? Exit this level onto the deck with the hot tub or continue on to the beach. There is a half bath located on this level for quick use of the facilities. Another washer/dryer area is on this level. There are two dryers for quick drying of beach towels. Each bedroom in this home has a TV with DVD and/or VCR. The bottom level features a two-car garage and game room.
