With an elevator servicing every floor, spacious doorways and wide halls for ease of wheelchair use, this home is a blend of Hatteras and Cape Cod styles that is warm and inviting to all ages. The many large patio doors and an amazing 1500 square feet of Trex decking beckon you outside where the oceanc3a2™s magic seems to whisper and hush.On the ground floor you will find two enclosed garages and an air conditioned/heated game room where you can gather for a great games night. A full sized refrigerator on this level can hold your beverages or provide extra food storage for large groups.
