It s located on the main boulevard of Kallio (Helsinginkatu 12), surrounded by the most vivid bar scene, alternative shops and ethnic restaurants in Helsinki. The tram stops at the hotel, and runs directly to the city and back. Room nr 1 is perfect if you are looking for something different to those seen one seen all downtown hotels, or if you wish to live like a local in a home like environment with the freedom and space. Room nr 1 is perfect for 1 2 persons. We got a double or a twin bed. If there are three of you, and someone is comfortable sleeping on the couch, just let us know and we will arrange an extra set of bed linen. We got a complete kitchen with stove, fridge and all kitchen utensils. And pretty much everything else you'll need from towels to TV, from WiFi to basic breakfast supplies and probably the tiniest toilet in the world. The longer you stay, the more discount you'll get. Description:Our apartment has the most exciting location in the bohemian and hipster district of Kallio in Helsinki downtown. Excellent public transportation options: number 1, 3, 8 and 9 trams just around the corner and 200 metres to Hakaniemi metro station. With tram it takes 10-15 minutes to the city centrum. Grocery store 30 metres away (you can actually see it from the window), one of the most popular theaters in Helsinki (Ryhmäteatteri) on the other side of the road. All the bars and pubs in the lively Kallio close by. There are also many small parks surrounding our block and a gym / swimming hall / bowling alley on the other side of the road. The Linnanmäki amusement park is also within 200 metres of walk, and the Olympic Stadium is also very near. Our apartment (60m2) is renovated and decorated with style but also with an original touch. We have lots of art in the walls and there is also a small Ateljé in the magnificent bay window area. In the apartment there is 1 bedroom with a very good futon bed (real bed), full kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher and all the equipment you might need (also fridge-freezer), a living room with large sofa (sleeps 2) and wide screen television ( dvd stereosoundsystem) and a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Lots of cupboard space and linen and towels included. The apartment is on the 4th floor and NO elevator. We have a dog. Just to let you know, if you have a bad allergy etc... Description:A studio in a hippy location 10 minutes from the city centre, main railway station, beach and central park. The scandinavian style apartment is on the 2/4 floor. It consists a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, vestibule and three big windows to the surrounding park. It includes all the basic amenities (internet, kitchen appliances, wc/shower, washing machine etc. - except tv and dish washer). The apartment is rather small, best for 1-2 persons. There is a double bed and I can also provide a mattress for a third person if needed. The apartment is nice but it's bit bohemian too few moldings are missing etc. That's why it's a bit cheaper. And a cat called Emily lives here, whom i'll of course take with me when renting, but you might take it into consideration if you're super allergic. I don't smoke but I don't care if people do it here. The place is located in the heart of Kallio neighborhood, most exciting what Helsinki has to offer. Though there are countless bars nearby, the location is surprisingly silent thanks to the surrounding Torkkelinmäki park there is no pass-through traffic for example. The park is also a great place to have picnic. There's a bakery in the next building, 24/7 grocery store and metro/tram are 5 minutes away. Airport is 1/2 hour away by taxi, 40 minutes by bus and all the passenger ship terminals 15 min away. There are usually available parking places on surrounding streets and also free 24/7 parking 5 minutes away. The building was ranked #7 in the most wanted place to live in Helsinki in the of list real-estate agency Oikotie.fi, highest in the neighborhood.

Description:A cute 50 m2 flat in an old Jugend house by a park. High sealing, so theres a roomy built in loft for sleeping furnished with a 120 cm futon. Good for 2, sleeping facilities for 5. Im a designer working from my home studio. So instead of a living room with sofas and tv my flat has a room with a big tabel and library and fantastic view. Wifi, kitchen, bathroom with a bath in house, laundry and the famous Bearpark Cafe downstairs. Central. Access to tram, metro taxi and busses within few hundred meters as well as marketplace and hall. Relaxed and young neighborhood, near to Swimming Stadium, Finlandia Hall, Töölö Bay and Public Sauna Arla. A Futon bed for 2 and 3 extra matresses in the house.The futon sleeps with 2 persons ant that is up stairs on an individual level built in 1m high loft. 3 extra mattresses are soft cubes like footstools, that you can unfold on the floor to sleep on. Description:The flat is 35 m2, with all necessities including wifi, utensils, linen etc. Flat is surprisingly calm so there won't be any disturbances. My self I am well traveled guy so I can also provide some good advices what you may be interested to see here in Helsinki or Finland. Location is superb. It is 2,2 km from main Railway station. It takes 12 minutes from my flat to railway station by metro. Metro, tram line 6, 7, 8, and loads of bus lines are within 300 meters. It is also located 500 meters from a famous pub hub of Helsinki. There are several grocery stores around. There are cosy parks close by for a nice stroll.

Description:46 sq meters cozy apartment in 1911 building in the old and historical Kruununhaka neighborhood right in the city centre and close to all the main attractions. The apt has high ceilings and a unique atmosphere of an old building. The Helsinki Central Railway station, tram/bus stops, ferry terminals for ferries going to Stockholm, Tallinn and Suomenlinna fortress are within walking distance from the apt. Trams 1A/B and 7A/B run nearby, tram stop is about 100 meters from the apartment. The Kaisaniemi metro station and the main building of Helsinki University are within 400 meters from the apartment. Also within walking distance is some of the most interesting historical buildings and a market square that the city has to offer. The apartment is located in the Kruununhaka district, and it is a great base while exploring Helsinki by foot. Kruununhaka is one of the oldest districts in Helsinki, so it is full of beautiful old buildings and atmosphere with modern twist. Kruununhaka has a number of lively small shops, coffee shops and restaurants as well as an excellent organic/health food store. There are several interesting dining options close to the apt like traditional Russian restaurant, modern Finnish cuisine (Kuurna), a Michelin-star restaurant (Luomo) and German as well as Thai restaurant. Besides organic food store there are 2 normal crocery stores nearby as well as a bakery and city's only Korean restaurant. There is even one Itaian restaurant in the same building complex as the apt. The apartment is fully furnished and located at street level in quiet residential area. The apartment has a large bedroom with a double futon (200x140cm) and a futon sofa that can accommodate 2 more people. In additionally, the bedroom has a big bookshelf and 2 chairs. There is possibility to sleep in a light bed in kitchen as well. Please tell beforehand if you need it so we can provide it. The kitchen has a big dining table with 4 chairs, a commode and a long soft seat by the window. Clean sheets and towels are always provided for 2 guests.
