A private tennis court is at the complete disposal of the guests. nCollina Greve is reached by a winding unpaved road (3.5km from the historic Chiantigiana road that links Greve with Panzano) which leads up through the woods to the house. Entry is through a remote controlled gate. nA car is necessary to reach the house, which is accessed by a dirt track road of approximately 500 meters and is not suitable for low-bottomed cars. nSurrounded by olive groves and vineyards, this typical Tuscan farmhouse has been lovingly restored by the owners. For this reason, we do not recommend it for people with walking difficulties. nOn the ground floor there is a large living room with original Tuscan terracotta tiled floors, traditional oak beamed ceiling, an open fireplace in Tuscan stone and splendid views down the valley. Six steps lead down to charming kitchen with pale blue beams, open fireplace, seating for eight people, dishwasher, gas range, oven, refrigerator and freezer. All three rooms on this level have direct access to the garden. nFour steps leads to the mezzanine floor. On this floor there is the attractive dining room with an oak dining table seating up to twelve, and the master bedroom (queen) with en-suite bathroom having double sink and bathtub. Description:Villa Belvedere is a large and attractive stone farmhouse, lying within the old Lilliano estate, in a panoramic position surrounded by the estate vineyards and olive groves and with a splendid view of the Chianti hills. The recent renovation has restored the house to all of its original splendour. nLarge external spaces surround the house. In a secluded, panoramic position is a nice 12x8m irregular-shaped swimming-pool. The furnishings, which are sober and simple, are very well looked-after and comfortable. nIncluded in the price are 2 hours of daily cleaning from Monday to Saturday. A cot is available included in the price on request. Extra cleaning hours and a cook can be requested and paid on the premises. A dinner of typical tuscan dishes to try local products can be organized once a week to be paid on the premises, and the same for a guided tour in the estate wine-cellars, with wine-tasting. Description:This villa offers a classic Tuscan setting with views, as well as easy accessibility to Florence by train from the nearby town of Pistoia. When not out exploring, this Tuscany accommodation has a picturesque swimming pool and is located on an estate that produces its own olive oil and wine. n n(2 hectares) This villa, with its traditional Tuscan architecture, is accessible via an unpaved country road (about 300 meters long). The private terrace, surrounded by a wrought iron fence, is partially shaded by a large lime tree and a grove of high laurels. It overlooks the medieval architecture of Pistoia, the beautiful countryside, the swimming pool, and the garden below. The terrace has an outdoor dining area, a built-in grill, and a table with chairs for ten people. The swimming pool area has a smaller table, deckchairs, and an umbrella. A grass parking area (30m x 15m) is also available at the property. The owner and his wife and son live in a country house adjacent to the villa, they are always available to offer advice and any needed assistance. n n(250 m2) Three floors. The interiors are spacious and comfortably furnished in an elegant mixture of traditional classic Tuscan and modern styles. Montelupo, famous for its ceramics, is close by and Florence and Pisa can be easily reached by nearby road and rail links.
