The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave and a large refrigerator. A washer and dryer are also in the unit, as well as two flat screen TVs, DVD player, and a stereo/CD player. Internet available upon request.The community pool is right across the apartment, and has an electric BBQ for all Condo owners and renters to use. The Unit is located on the 2nd floor. There is a fitness room and a putting green on the premises.Restaurants, grocery shopping, the Viera Mall, play ground, and Golf courses are within a 5 minute drive. You may also take advantage of all the attractions Orlando has to offer- only 45 minutes west on SR528. Kennedy Space Center is about 35 minutes north of Viera/Melbourne.

If you love to cook, you will be quite at home in the modern kitchen with stone counter tops. There is also a barbeque grill at your disposal for any Catches of the Day. Our child-friendly home has an entertainment center which features cable TV with a DVD player and a DVD library for those low-key evenings at home. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted by the challenging golf courses nearby. And if you love being outdoors, but golf is not of your taste, there are also countless beaches open year-round, one of which - Siesta Key Beach - was just named Number 2 Beach in America by Dr. Beach. This Bradenton condo rental is close to the Social Downtown district and its numerous restaurants, pubs, and shops which give superb dining options as well as places to take in the local flavor. For those with a more designer flare, International Plaza is only 30 minutes north and features world-renowned designers and restaurants.
