Florida Pool Homes and Condos features beautiful, spacious and comfortable homes for everyone. Choose from 2 to 4 bedroom condos or town homes, or 3 to 7 bedroom homes with private pools. Dining and shopping choices are just a short drive away. Golf courses abound, with all levels of play to choose from. And of course, all Disney parks, SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Universal Studios are conveniently nearby. There are some pet-friendly homes available which charge a 150.00 USD non-refundable pet fee. Please note that in peak season, your vacation home may not be ready at 4pm. Check-in may be delayed up to two hours. For your convenience, we ask that you contact us 72 hours prior to your arrival. We can check you in online and give you directions to your vacation home before you leave home. Your comfort is our utmost concern and we wish to provide this to you at all levels. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Additional fees to be collected at time of check-in- USD 75.00 Property Protection Fee. Description:Westage Town Center is conveniently located just one mile from Walt Disney World Resort and minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, Orange County Convention Center, downtown Orlando and the Orlando International Airport. Accommodations range from Studios to Four-Bedroom Villas and feature fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes. Onsite amenities include thirteen outdoor pools and hot tubs, fitness center, lakeside marina and dock, activities center, free scheduled transportation to theme parks, 24-hour business center, attraction tickets desk, VIP services concierge, Sids Bistro, pizza pickup and delivery, marketplace, and Hollywood Trendz Shop. Our resort is pet friendly. A USD 80.00 refundable deposit is required at check-in. If there is no damage upon check-out, the deposit will be returned. A separate USD 80.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-in. Two pets - one cat and one dog or two cats or two dogs - are allowed with total weight not to exceed 60 lbs. There are breed limitations. Guests with service animals will not be charged any of the above fees. Please note that a USD 50.00 credit card or USD 200.00 cash deposit is required at check-in, for incidentals. Additionally, there is a nightly resort fee of USD 7.95 plus tax.
