It is nestled between the Intra-coastal Waterway and Savannas Preserve State Park immediately to the East and West. The quaint towns of Fort Pierce and Stuart are just 15 minutes to the North and South. The community has a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and fishing pier. nOur townhouse has been renovated and comfortably furnished throughout and includes artwork by local artists. It has a new energy efficient heating and air conditioning system. Downstairs has a completely equipped kitchen, a screened patio, a cozy dining area, a half bathroom, and a very comfortable living room with a sofa that converts to a king bed. Upstairs has a spacious master bedroom furnished with a new queen bed with a memory foam mattress. It has its own private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a new full bed as well as a futon sofa that converts to a full bed. The guest bathroom is immediately adjacent to the bedroom. You will find a clothes washer and dryer and linen closet on the upstairs landing. All linens are supplied for your convenience. nA train track runs along the outside of the fenced rear property border. Locomotivee28099s pass by several times a day but never sound their horns. Most visitors find the train very soothing. nAmenities include cable TV and DVDe28099s in the living room and both bedrooms, two bicycles, fishing rods, and various books, games, toys and puzzles. nJensen Beach has activities for everyone. The public beach on Hutchinson Island, the Savannas Preserve State Park, and downtown Jensen Beach are just a short bicycle ride away. Water sports include snorkeling, surfing, diving, boating, jet skiing, and fishing. The inshore/offshore fishing is superb. Anglers can catch mahi-mahi, grouper, tarpon, swordfish, pompano, sea trout, drum, flounder, redfish, snapper, cobia, and sailfish. The State Park has bicycling, nature hiking, canoeing, kayaking and horse trails through the largest and most intact remnant of Floridae28099s east cost savannas. Description:Imagine yourself living in this wonderful water front home. It has everything inside to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The interior is tastefully done with bright colors and new beds. All the sheets and towels are inspected after every guest to make sure that they are in perfect condition. There is no carpeting in the home so people with allergies will find this home very comfortable to stay in. The water behind the house is sea water with open access to the ocean. IF you have a boat or want to rent one let us know so that we can arrange the proper items to dock it. You can also rent Jet ski and practice my favorite water sport wind surfing. The area the house is located in is a safe and quite section of Fort Lauderdale. The beach is about a 5 minute drive from the home. You can park as many as 6 cars in front. The televisions are all Flat screen with satellite channels. If you need a PS3 or Xbox for the kids please let us know and we will be happy to bring one to you. The home is baby safe as well.
