Description:A spacious and beautiful loft, in the Florentin neighborhood- Tel Aviv's soho area. lots of bars, caffes, galleries and nightclubs here for your enjoyment, and a walking distance to the sea, the old jaffa port, the historic Neve Tzedek neighborhood , and central tel aviv. *Important note: street view project has only just started collecting data in Israel, so it might take a while until a street view is available for this listing. We will try and upload photos of our own shortly. The loft itself is a great designed open space, with lots of air and light, a main balcony, and a second service balcony. All the amenities for your comfort and enjoyment such as: a 24 hour supermarket down the street, high speed wi- fi, a kitchen, great shower with water heater that can be automated with timer, air conditioning, on site laundry machine, a big flat screen TV, and a bed with the best mattress in the world (seriously. i would marry this mattress if it was legal). Our building is, well.... not the prettiest looking thing in town, and not that new, but you'll notice that once you walk inside the loft, you simply forget everything behind. it's beautiful, vibrant, and very well kept! Also- Please be advised that our building does not have an elevator, and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. This has never been a problem for us or for visitors, but we encourage you to make your own decision as for your own comfort level. walking distance to the beach, the old jaffa port and promanade, night life hot spots, and central tel aviv. Also, a very big advantage for visitors is a near by automatic bike rental station, with outrageously low rental rates. For guests with a car: Parking may be a little tight in the morning and noon, but after 4 pm- parking is both ample and free! (and that doesn't happen much in Tel Aviv, so consider yourself very lucky!). But if needed during busy hours, there is a parking lot in our street that charges 20 ILS per hour. lots of local bus lines very near by, and another huge advantage of close proximity to the central bus station and train- that take you where ever you want in the holy land!

Description:This is a beautiful family house right on the beach of Jaffa- Tel Aviv. The fully furnished and equipped house has a living room, two large bedrooms, with double beds, large bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area and a beautiful and spacious garden with porch. There is a beautiful sea view from the living room and bedrooms. This place is really quite and the sound of waves will put you to sleep… On the porch we have a large dining table as well, where you can have a relaxed dinner with your family, while looking at the beautiful and romantic sunset. The garden is really nice and spacious. Two yards (front and back), with sea view. We have two friendly dogs in the garden, but if you prefer, we can arrange a place for them to stay until you are here. In the house we have Air Conditioning / heating, Television, Wireless Internet, washer and Dryer. It can accommodate five people. Our house is perfect for a sea side family vacation in Tel Aviv. Sorry, but the house is not available at the moment.

In a lively part of the historical&bohemian Neve Tzedek area, nestled between Bauhaus buildings, small charming gardens and the famous Suzan Dalal Center of dance and performing arts. Small galleries, boutiques, coffee shops, bakeries, cool wine bars, underground and mainstream nightclubs, molecular/gourmet/meat/italian/kosher/vegan/organic-restaurants as well as junk food in all its forms await at your doorstep, litterally (see the map). Less than 2 minutes walk to Rotschild boulevard, to best pilates, yoga studios, nail salons and spas that Tel Aviv has to offer. 10 minutes stroll to the beach, the colorful Carmel market and almost everywhere else in central Tel Aviv, 15 minutes to Old Jaffa and the port. Free parking space at night and cheap parking lots just under the house. Buses, taxis and shared taxis are also seconds away. I can help you organize daytrips to Jerusalem and the Dead sea, or to the North, the Galilee, the Golan Heights, the scenery, the wineries...Eilat for the shopping and diving in the Red Sea...just ask. There's a balcony with plenty of flowers for you to smell and watch when you sip your morning coffee, a banana shaped designer couch, armchairs coffee table and hanging chair. The living room and dining area are virtually separated by a hammock. Huge custom made dining table, sits up to 12, original vintage Arco lamp and colored chairs, dinner party perfect setting! The kitchen has everything a cook may need: from the basics (microwave, 4 heads stove, oven & dishwasher) to japanese knives, nespresso machine & variety of coffee, Thermomix (please use it only if you are familiar with it, it's not a toy and it's not for milkshakes, if you chop a finger don't blame me!) and as a proper mediterranean household there are homegrown herbs in the second balcony of this floor...sage, mint, basil, parsley, cilantro, rocket salad...always there for you and don't worry, there's a computerized watering system for all the plants in the terraces, you don't have to do anything! 1 big bedroom with custom made wooden bed, queen size tempurpedic matress & plenty of pillows, built-in closet room, 2 big windows with view of trees and the quiet alley below, plenty of sea breeze. Big toilet room bidet, bath tub and a separate closet with washing machine. In the second floor there are 2 HUGE terraces, one where you'll see the sunrise with the city view and one where you'll see the sunset, the roofs of Neve Tzedek and a (little) seaview. There's a big couch that sits 4 pp and can sleep 1, 47 flatscreen tv with international cable channels, brand new receiver where you can just hook your laptop/iPod/whatever. There's a working table with a Stokke ergonomic chair and a 20 squared mt lounge/bedroom with a big table, 4 matresses (each one is bigger than a normal single matress) and lots of pillows (33 if u really wanna know) a big storage room that may be used as a third bedroom, with airbed. SCOOTER: If you have a driving license you can use my Vespa and 2 stylish half open helmets. You can be anywhere in Tel Aviv in 10 minutes. You'll have to sign a release form in order to use it. PLEASE NOTE: Next to the bathroom there is an extra room that will be locked with my stuff, please don't try and open the door, the lock may break since it's old-ish, thank you.
