Description:Your own private launch pad / crash pad in San Francisco! You can't get more central than this - if you look at an online map of SF, the red dot falls basically on my roof! I love my apartment and it's perfect for those who want to enjoy all of San Francisco during their stay. The apartment is a one-bedroom with a terrific queen size bed and a kid bed. While it's adult in character, the apartment is child-friendly and features kid stuff in case you need it (booster, toys, books) - otherwise it's all discreetly tucked away in a closet. Good kitchen, good bathroom, spacious living room with an awesome couch. Plenty of books and a collection of guides to the city and its restaurants, cafes etc. You can walk anywhere from here, and you're in the middle of a bunch of bike paths. The muni, the bus, the Bart are all right here as well. Coffeeshops, supermarkets, and all the mainstays of San Francisco living are at the doorstep. Cross streets are Market and Gough. Fairly easy street parking, especially on weekends. i travel a lot and generally rent during my trips. I've enjoyed this place for over two years and it's been a delightful hub for anyone wanting to discover life in the city, or even just hang out here after a day of work or play. High speed internet - yes **UPDATE** there was some confusion previously: the apartment has wi-fi high speed internet access, FREE for your use. Happy travels!

Spacious bedroom appointed with wooden dresser, vanity, full-size bed and quality linens. Remodeled kitchen area with granite counter, ceramic range, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee maker and grinder. Updated bathroom. Living area furnished with antiques including a charming Amish writing table with high-speed internet access, basic cable TV. Private entrance via shared patio. Babies and kids welcome, but we only have an air mattress available (think back to the humble beginnings of Air BnB!!), but we do have a toddler car seat that you can borrow. Optional in-unit breakfast, laundry and errand service for extra fee. Ample free street parking. Host family lives upstairs and is available for insider tips to enjoying S.F. as one host is a S.F. native who grew up in the heyday of the Haight Ashbury in the 1960s. N Judah line 4 blocks. Noriega St. shopping and dining (great produce market, Wallgreens for anything you forgot, local coffee shops and lots of Asian restaurents). MUNI line 71 one block away on Noriega. Description:Hi, thanks for checking out my place. It's in a great location in Cole Valley. It is one block from the N-Judah (MUNI train that zips right downtown underground and away from traffic). You can walk to shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, walk to Golden Gate Park, have a jog around Kezar stadium, or anything else you enjoy. Haight Street is a quick walk away as is UCSF. My place is nicely sized for a one bedroom, and is furnished with comfortable, clean furniture, linens and towels. I have two high-def TV sets, video game consoles, a great sounding stereo with an auxiliary input, and laundry is on site. There is also high-speed internet access. The kitchen is clean and ready to be cooked in. I'm a professional in my mid thirties, been here for almost two years. I love the area. I look forward to hearing from you and sharing my home.
