The apartment is on a small street in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This apartment was remodeled to live in, but plans change and now it's great home away from home for San Francisco visitors like yourself. Our apartment is on top floor of a 2 unit building. There's a private entrance with electronic lock so you can come and go as you please. Queen bed in both bedrooms, full kitchen, full bath, your own washer/dryer, TV/DVD, iPhone/iPod Clock Radio Charger and high-speed WiFi. Perfect for up to four people whether on vacation or in San Francisco for a short term job. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, microwave, coffee maker, Cuisinart, plates, glasses, etc. Bed linens and towels are also provided. We are very close to great public transportation: One block to the J-Church tram line which gets you downtown in minutes. And 4 blocks to BART - San Francisco's subway to the airports, downtown and Berkeley and East Bay locations. We don't live in the building but we do live nearby, so we're around to answer all your questions and give advice on the many great places to eat in the area. Well behaved pets are allowed with an additional fee and refundable pet deposit. FOR MONTHLY RENTALS- the cleaning fee is $150 which includes a cleaning during your stay. I've hand built the entire apartment, from the Moroccan tile in the Veranda, redwood rooftop deck and garden to the newly installed kitchen with antique Wedgwood gas stove center piece. The place is designed for comfort while cooking, eating and sharing over an amazing view of this wonderful city. The bedroom offers total privacy and the futon area has sliding cherry panel walls for semi privacy. People like to sleep on the deck and in the veranda as well. Six people have stayed at one time two in the main bedroom, two in the futon room and the others either near the TV, veranda, or the deck. Cozy and fun. Kitchen has a new refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher. Coin operated laundry available on premises. There are two queen sized sleeping accommodations, one new mattress and one futon. The mattress is in a private room and the futon is off the kitchen/eating area hidden by sliding cherry panels for visual privacy. Again, people enjoy sleeping on the new heavily padded carpet, veranda area and rooftop deck.

I have years of experience creating wonderful spaces in San Francisco. The sunny private garden is the highlight of the space. We'd love to have you as our guest in our secluded, light-filled cottage in the very best hood in SF, near the Castro, Mission and Dolores Park. The cottage is free-standing, quiet, light-filled and opens up to a private landscaped garden. Truly a unique and charming space. We are 2 blocks from Dolores Park, 2 blocks to the Muni metro and the Castro shops. There is a wonderful coffee shop nearby. The cottage has beautifully refinished wide-plank hardwood floors, fresh paint and new Italian tile in the kitchen. There is a queen bed as well as a new, comfortable queen size pull out leather couch. If you prefer, we also have an air mattress. The landlords live at the front of the property, and we're happy to help show you around and welcome you to the place.
