Description:Hey there! Please view calendar for availability. This is a 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment with kitchen that opens into a dining room / living room area. Spacious back porch with plants and hummingbird feeder ideal for outdoor meals or just a cup of morning coffee. You’ll have the place all to yourself. Location: Middle of the Mission District (near Guerrero and 19th) 5 1/2 blocks from BART 2 1/2 blocks from major bus lines and Muni. 1 block from Dolores Park Surrounded by nightlife, coffee shops, restaurants, bookstores, taquerias, etc. Good stuff: • Quiet, especially for this location. Apartment is at back of a 2-unit building, so street and building noise is minimal. EDIT - The upstairs neighbors just had a a baby. The baby cries sometimes, but you can barely hear it in the bedroom. I occasionally sleep with earplugs and then can't hear it at all. • Full kitchen with gas stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, pots, pans, wine glasses, and pretty much everything else you could need. • Help yourself to sugar, flour, oil, etc. if you decide to cook. It's a short walk to all of San Francisco's public transportation: Bart (24th Street/Mission) and lots of Muni lines (). It's a SAFE walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and cafes in the city, as well as Dolores Park. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, closet and their own full bathroom (as well as one half bath in the living toom). We also have a couch large enough for me to sleep on (I'm 6'1) and an air mattress. We are 1.5 blocks from College Ave, which includes: - More coffee shops than you can possibly visit. Cole Coffee has amazing coffee and a fanatic weekend following. Or turn the other way and you have a dozen other great choices. - Fancy and Upscale places with great ambiance (Thai, American, California Cuisine, Italian). - Inexpensive comfort foods: Indian, Mexican and Thai. - Bank of America is at the corner. - Safeway for groceries. It is as safe a neighborhood as you can imagine. We go for late-night walks all the time and always feel safe. There are amazing hikes very nearby and a fabulous Farmers Market just down the street!
