Amenities include TV with cable service, D.V.D. player, VCR, and CD player. The DINING AREA has a table and four chairs. The fully equipped KITCHEN includes a full range (cooker), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, and blender. Cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware & cutlery, serving dishes, baking pans, spices, oil/vinegar and other basic necessities are all included. In the BEDROOM are two firm allergy free extra firm foam single size beds (which can be made separately or with a king size common top sheet/blanket combination) multiple changes of bed linens, blankets and towels, plus a dresser and ample closet space. There is a private, FULL BATHROOM with shower. The suite can accommodate up to four people. Private telephone line and Wi Fi (wireless) connection are available for your computer. Our own fax machine is also available for your use. We request that there be no smoking inside the Suite, but guests may smoke outside in the lovely garden. Washer and Dryer are available in the unit. This beautifully appointed apartment, with views, provide guests with a sophisticated eclectic setting. The front south-facing balcony porch looks over the yard. The property is located in the Aquatic Park of Russian Hill, just 2 blocks from the bay (Hyde Street Pier). Walk only a few blocks to popular destinations like Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, Hyde Street Pier, North Beach (Little Italy), Russian Hill, and the Embarcadero. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. Access to the decks is also not allowed during the quiet hours. nMAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 11 guests. Standard Occupancy is 10 guests (2 per room). The cost is $20/night per person if amount of people staying there is between standard and maximum occupancy. Event pricing takes place once occupancy level is greater than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at any given time. If more than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY are in attendance at any given time, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for each additional guest per day. nMinimum stay normally 5 nights March 1st- Oct 31st and 4 nights for winter.
