Amenities include TV with cable service, D.V.D. player, VCR, and CD player. The DINING AREA has a table and four chairs. The fully equipped KITCHEN includes a full range (cooker), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, and blender. Cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware & cutlery, serving dishes, baking pans, spices, oil/vinegar and other basic necessities are all included. In the BEDROOM are two firm allergy free extra firm foam single size beds (which can be made separately or with a king size common top sheet/blanket combination) multiple changes of bed linens, blankets and towels, plus a dresser and ample closet space. There is a private, FULL BATHROOM with shower. The suite can accommodate up to four people. Private telephone line and Wi Fi (wireless) connection are available for your computer. Our own fax machine is also available for your use. We request that there be no smoking inside the Suite, but guests may smoke outside in the lovely garden. Washer and Dryer are available in the unit. This beautifully appointed apartment, with views, provide guests with a sophisticated eclectic setting. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. Access to the decks is also not allowed during the quiet hours. nMAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 8 People. Standard Occupancy is 6 people.
