Description:Our sunny flat will sleep up to 6, with a king-size bed, a queen size air mattress, a toddler bed and a fold out twin sofa bed. A walk through of our place: two bedrooms, a lovely, sunny fainting room/library, large living room, an office (with desktop Mac computer and DSL), divided bathroom with a claw-foot bath tub, and good sized kitchen with all the amenities. We have water filters in the kitchen and the shower and the king-size mattress (on the floor) in the main bedroom is made from organic cotton and natural latex. The toddler bed is also organic cotton. Washing machine (no dryer, but plenty of lines to hang clothes to dry). As one Airbnb guest put it, we generally lead a simple and green lifestyle, one that is comfortable and reflected in the apartment. We're in a great location, near the J church line and the 48 bus (takes you to the beach!), 15 minute walk from BART and Valencia Street which is world famous for its restaurants and shopping. Very family friendly apartment, with a child-safety gate at the top of the stairs, toys and more children's books (for all ages) than you would have time to read! Lots of books for adults as well. The neighborhood is also very family-friendly with a short walk to Whole Foods, many great restaurants, parks and stores. We live in our apartment, and yet are open to considering most dates, please feel free to inquire.

The Queen room rate is $250 per room per night and the king ensuite is $350 per room per night. if you are booking for 6 people in 3 queen rooms it would be 3 X $250 per night plus room tax if you are adding the king ensute it is $350 per night. We do not provide for sleeping accommodations anywhere in the home except in the booked rooms and only two guests are accommodated per room. Rental rate of $250 is per Queen Bedroom (up to 2 guests per room) and includes farm fresh breakfast. Adjacent to Wineries and vineyards with pastoral views of sheep and located only 35 minutes from the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge and within 1 hour of the San Francisco airport. Full Fare is available with farm fresh eggs, cheese, honey and berries for breakfast is included and farm raised grass fed beef or lamb for dinner with local wine is available at an additional charge. Farm tours, wine tasting tours, biplane, hot air balloon, horseback rides can be arranged for a fee. There are beaches within 1 hours drive with farms, wineries, antique shops all on route. The house has luxurious beds and linens, views, a pool and wonderful hospitality. Rental Rate for the King ensuite is $350 per night. Friday and Saturday nights are a two night booking requirement during high season which is April 1st through September 30th (Spring, Summer, Harvest). We provide a farm to table meal for groups of 8 booked in the rooms.
