The apartment is a 1 bedroom that can easily accommodate 2 people, with a less fortunate 3rd person able to sleep on the couch. It has a newly remodeled bathroom & kitchen that can be put to use with ingredients from the Sunday Civic Center farmer's market. An optimal home base whether used for work or for vacation. NOTE: I am the owner of a very sweet cat. She will be at the house unless we are able to work out arrangements otherwise.

Description:I'm offering my furnished 1br apartment in the BEST part of pac heights for sublet for the next 7-45 days. It's in a beautiful, architecturally significant building at Jackson and Webster. A bunch of muni lines are within 1 block, you're 1 block to fillmore and a few blocks to union street. I will be away visiting my family in Fresno for a few weeks but available if anything should come up. The apartment was recently renovated last year, has wood floors, a large bedroom with comfortable queen size bed (with hygienic vinyl mattress cover unused by anyone previously). Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn furniture, a 50 HDTV and awesome hifi Dynaudio speakers. South facing windows fill an entire wall, so there is always plenty of natural light. The unit is on the first floor above the garage. The kitchen is well-appointed, with black granite and a variety of small appliances (ice cream maker! Yogurt maker! Waffle iron!) for you to use. Most of my stuff will remain in the apartment, including an interesting and varied library you're welcome to peruse. There is plenty of storage, so you'll have an entire closet available tor your use (and possibly more). Other awesome features! - Huge Lovesac comfy beanbag chair - ...and, a new, high quality Octane Elliptical Trainer, right by the window! Yes, you've got your own elliptical machine right in the apartment. It's great, it's a club-quality machine. - Ionic air filter - Desk with printer and monitor you're free to plug in to. Utilities $150 /month pro rated and cleaning fee $100 additional. Deposit of $1000. I reserve the right to visit the apartment while you're occupying it (with agreed upon advance notice of course) if I need to get any of my stuff out. Please email me with any questions! This is WAY better than those horrible Trinity Apartment short term units in the area -- trust me, I've had to stay in one of those before and they're a rip off, nasty, and depressing.

Description:Located in beautiful Sonoma County in old West Petaluma, my vintage two bedroom Craftsman style penthouse is 5 blocks from the center of old downtown Petaluma, where all the scenes from € American Graffiti € were filmed. A 3 minute walk from this quiet neighborhood brings you to a specialty supermarket, gourmet restaurants, old time pubs, quaint shops & boutiques, 2 theaters, a movie palace, and a community pool. A library, several parks, walking/biking trails and much more, are all nearby. Sonoma County offers an incredible variety of things to do and places to see, and this home is smack in the center of it all. The City of San Francisco is 50 minutes away, the gorgeous Sonoma Coast 25 minutes, the world class Wine Country 15 minutes, the Russian River 40 minutes. World famous wine tasting, antiquing, hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, fishing and much more, are minutes away. The home is a comfortable 2nd story, 2 bedrooms with a sunroom, comfortable furnishings, including a sofabed in the Living room and an over sized claw foot soaker tub in the bath. A 50 € TV in the living room and a 42 € HDTV in the Master bedroom address the needs of the most ardent couch potato. The modern, well equipped € Caribbean € kitchen, filled with cooking appliances and gear (cooking is one of my passions) has ample tile and chopping block counters and is wonderful for preparing gourmet meals with the plethora of local fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses and wines from this bountiful area. Washer and Dryer are included and maid service is available for the totally laid back inclined. The large yard off the kitchen, with outdoor furniture, huge gourmet BBQ island with rotisserie, and brick paver patio is perfect for dining and entertaining al fresco. There is a wisteria arbor w/ hammock chairs and seating and separate tables underneath to accommodate a dozen or more guests (Caterers are available). Nestled under mature trees filled with birds, the garden is filled with flowers, vegetables in season and a Bougainvillea Trellis which wraps the front of the house to 12 € in height, all of which add to the charm of this unique rental. The house is available for long term rental year round and for shorter rentals during the course of the year. Dates are flexible. The long term rent (30 days or more) is $1950 per month and includes all utilities, Premium Satellite TV and high speed wireless internet access. A security deposit of $2000 is required. No smoking indoors and selective pets only.

Our 850 square feet flat has a large master suite with new luxurious queen bed and duel sinks master bath. There is a second bath we call it the spa room with its large jetted tub. A stunning oval dining/entertaining room and a lovely front room that can double as an extra bedroom (1 adult or two small children) complete the floor plan. We have a washer and dryer and cable TV and wireless internet is available for our guests. You are steps from Nob Hill, Union Square, famous restaurants and theaters. There is really no need for a car because of excellent public transportation or taxis. However parking is available up the street for $25 per day if you drive a compact. The flat is newly furnished with contemporary and antique pieces.
