There are 360’ spectacular views of the hills and the City of Sonoma. New in 2006 our custom-built house offers great comfort and privacy. This is a 2-story house with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace, laundry, private decks with panoramic views. •Master bedroom with King-size bed, master bathroom (2 sinks, shower for 2), private deck •Guest bedroom with Queen-size bed, bathroom (2 sinks, tub) •Child’s room with twin bed •Home office with extendable sofa for 2, computer/printer/fax •Spacious living room with big plasma TV, fireplace, dining area for 8 •Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher •Laundry room with washer •Large deck with outdoor furniture and grill •Fully air-conditioned. Additional features: Cable TV, high-speed Internet access, computer/printer/fax available for guests’ use. Equivalent car exchange is negotiable. We have a ’10 Toyota RAV-4 4x4 and a ’09 Lexus ES, both top-loaded with navigation. We also provide 2 bikes suitable for city cycling and off-road trips (there are numerous bike rentals in Sonoma if you need more than 2 bikes). We welcome families with kids and are pet friendly. Our Neighborhood Our property is located in beautiful Sonoma Valley – the heart of California Wine Country. We are close to Napa Valley, Healdsburg and Russian River wine region. San Francisco and Pacific Coast beaches are just 1 hour drive away. Description:Escape to our 3 acre park like setting surrounded by world class wineries and restaurants. This lovely five bedroom house is ten minutes from the Russian River, an hour North of SF, and half an hour from the coast. Lounge by the solar heated pool, relax in the hot tub, and de-stress in the steam sauna. Enjoy your favorite movie on our high definition surround sound entertainment system, and choose from our large collection of DVDs and Music. Wireless high speed internet access is provided everywhere on the property and a guest computer is provided for your use . Each bedroom has a bed that sleeps two. Bed sizes include one King size, three full-size and one fold-down full sized feather bed couch. Stay in and cook in our gourmet kitchen or BBQ outside. Plenty of parking space is available. Hiking, walking, and cycling trails are just some of the abundant pastimes and as a 30 year resident of Sonoma County, I am happy to share with you the flavor of Sonoma county and help you find those out- of-the-way locations. $475 a night, $1,425 for a three-day stay (including weekends), and $2,950 for one week.

This Russian River bed and breakfast, in the Sonoma Wine Country, is a Victorian farmhouse dating back to the 1870’s. Built by a prominent physician as his residence, the property has been an olive oil mill, a winery, a speak-easy, a stage coach stop and, since 1984, a bed and breakfast inn. Extensively renovated and modernized, the stately structure boasts five bedrooms and five and half bathrooms. Each room is tastefully furnished with antiques, features its own fireplace and a modern bathroom. The spa area is located in the midst of a redwood grove and seats six. A full gourmet breakfast is served between 9 and 10 AM, wine and cheese are set out at 6 PM and homemade treats are available for guests before they retire for a peaceful night's sleep. Bob Reeves and Betsy Taggart love to welcome guests with a glass of wine and some helpful advice on where to explore the wonderful Russian River recreation area.
