They all take up the entire second floor of The Cooperage Inn, one block from Sonoma Plaza, shops, restaurants and tasting rooms. n nThe decor for the BARCELONA and all the suites is very original and comfortable withc2a0renaissance antique andc2a0mid-century modern furnishings, oriental rugs,c2a0chandeliers, ceiling fans, air conditioning, original art, mixed with modern conveniences (cable HBO,c2a0wifi for example). n n Exotic turn of century European charm mixes with the more elegant side of old west pioneer days. All suites have family antiques (from the California Silver rush called The Comstock Load).They have separate sitting rooms and private baths with double marble sinks. The Barcelona Suite and the MILANO SUITE both have fully equipped country kitchens while the BONNEMORT has a kitchenette in the sitting room. The MILANO and BONNEMORT Suites are commonly put together for parties of three to six. Even though there are kitchens, an elaborate continental breakfast is brought to your door each morning. n n THE BARCELONA SUITE: The 900 sq. ft. Barcelona suite feels a lot c2a0like traveling abroad. With it 's eclectic mix of decor, renaissance antiques, oriental rugs, Mid-century modern, original art, Gourmet country kitchen, along with 46 sony HD TV, cable HBO, and Wi-Fi, it adds up to a wonderful mix of style and modern convenience. The suite has a large living room/ dining nroom , 2 air conditioned bedrooms, one with king bed and the other with queen bed, country kitchen with all utensils, large bathroom with double marble sinks and a tub/shower. The suite is in the front second floor of the historic Cooperage building with private stairway, one block from the Sonoma plaza, and looks out over the city and Depot park across the street. Depot park has horseshoe pits, the largest petanque courts in the U.S., swings for children and the Sonoma bike path runs through it. Many of our guests rent bicycles delivered to the door and tour the city and close by wineries and shops and restaurants without ever getting back in their car. A nice patio area with tables, umbrellas, and a barbecue are open in the back. nThe suite is in the front second floor of the historic Cooperage building with private stairway, one block from the Sonoma Plaza, andc2a0looks out over the city and Depot park across the street. Description:The first thoughts our guest might have in driving to this vacation home is the beauty in its location and surroundings. n nLocated in Geyserville, about 15 minutes north of Healdsburg, this little cottage is perfectly placed in a private community, with a clear refreshing lake, club house and tennis courts. n nFully furnished to accommodate 7 guests, there is also lots of room to walk, hike or swim in this community of custom homes. n nThe town of Geyserville has several wonderful restaurants, including Santi and the Geyservilled Smokehouse, and the Hoffman House Deli. This is also a nice jumping off point to the area's wineries (Geyser Peak, Chateau Souverain, Trentadue) and Lake Sonoma for boating or canoeing. n nAs you enter the courtyard, you will notice a nice table, chair, umbrella and bbq. To your right is the laundry area, and to the left the kitchen, which is supplied with lots of cookware, utensils and dishes to serve all 7 guests. n nContinuing through the kitchen you will enter the living room. This room is roomy and bright, with sofa, leather chairs, and futon sleeper, all focused on a wood burning stove, providing a nice accent/highlight to the wonderful conversation or family time during the day or evening. n nTo the right of the living room are two bedrooms, one is the master with a queen bed, and the other a guest bedroom with double and twin.

Description:About the Apt. Located in well-maintained, 1920's historic apartment building in the SOFA Arts District. -Hardwoods floors throughout, all original fixtures and moldings. Charming kitchen with original icebox intact. -Every room in the apartment has large, picture frame windows lots of eastern and northern exposure. -Freshly painted, spotless. -Sparsely furnished with queen bed, sofa, kitchen utensils and basic bathroom, in modernish aesthetic. It's a lovely, no-fuss apartment and I am hoping to find folks who will enjoy it as much as I do. There is ample street parking. It's quiet, only two other units on the floor. Perfect for cyclists enjoying SoCo there's room in the apartment to store two bikes, maybe three. There is a floor pump available. About the Area SOFA (South of A Street) is home to Santa Rosa's arts community. The apartment is located between several points of interest (see map for guidebook). Picturesque Julliard Park is a block down the street. An .8 mi bike ride/walk away is the Fourth Street shopping and restaurant district which includes the well-known Russian River Brewery. Santa Rosa's oldest diner, the Cook House is across the street. Locally-owned Atlas Coffee shop is one block away. Historic and quaint Railroad Square offers more restaurants (American, Thai, wine bars) and speciality shopping, like antiques. Dierk's Parkside restaurant, with its great brunch, is a few blocks away. Things To Do You can be sipping and cycling within a few miles of leaving South A Street. Walk two blocks north from the apartment and you are on the 22 mi. long Prince Memorial Greenway, which runs along the Santa Rosa Creek as far as Sebastopol. It is as perfect for exercise as it is for taking short or long explorations to other destinations in the area. Visit the Sonoma County wineries by bike throughout Russian River and Dry Creek Valleys. Do the incredibly scenic 50 mi. loop to Occidental and back. There is also a gas barbeque grill, two outdoor dining areas, and Adirondack loungers. This cottage is equipped with cable TV featuring free movie channels, wireless or Ethernet internet service, and access to a cell phone. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a convection/microwave, coffee maker, cook-top stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, toaster, blender, spices, kitchen utensils, and place settings for four. Luxury Linens- 600 thread bedding, down comforters, extra bedding, large luxury towels, and robes for your comfort. Also, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, electric fireplace, and more. For larger groups the Hummingbird Cottage is next to the Stellar Jay and Heron Cottages. Privacy gates between cottages can be unlocked and opened if a group were to rent the whole compound. With all gates unlocked, guests have access to each other’s yards and the common area. Here are picnic tables, sitting areas, and a campfire ring for morning and evening gatherings. You may rent more than one cottage to accommodate your party’s needs, up to 16 adults. Additionally, this cottage can be rented with an external sleeping cabin (Queen bed, w/c), which is available for $80/nt or $450/wk.
