Description:Villa La Brenta is an exceptionally private and spacious seven bedroom house set on an award winning 65 acre family owned vineyard. Inspired by a design by Andrea Palladio, the 16th century Venetian architect, the villa is perfectly suited for weddings, parties, family gatherings, retreats, conferences and other special events. n nAll the rooms in the villa feature spectacular views of rolling vineyards, gardens and the native blue oak woods. Each bedroom is luxuriously appointed with ensuite bathrooms, a king sized bed and many thoughtful details that will make you feel pampered (central heating and air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee maker, alarm clock, laundry room, linens, towels, toiletry essentials and more). The lower level bedrooms open out to extensive terraces, which are ideal for watching the natural wildlife (there is a nesting raptor couple and several animal corridors run through the vines) and romantic vineyard sunsets. Step down from the terraces to relax by a private pool, jacuzzi, bbq grill and a vine covered pergola. n nThe terraces and/or surrounding landscaped areas by the pool can easily accommodate 200 people for al fresco dining or an event. There is also a wood paneled clubhouse with a bar, pool table and flatscreen TV, a conference room and a living/ dining room with a cozy fireplace that can be used for events inside the house. The villa kitchen is fully equipped and we can consult with you about outside catering. n nThe vineyard and wooded grounds are available for picnics, nature walks and to observe a working vineyard up close. n nWEDDINGS, LARGE EVENTS: Extra charges apply for weddings and large parties.
