Description:Your ideal vacation begins here in the gated community of Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island, SC. Try a week of peace amd serenity in this spacious three bedroom home with secluded back deck and front patio. House is recently redecorated with stylish wood flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings, outdoor decks and a very cozy atrium with a glass ceiling where you can snuggle up to read, dine casually or even sleep as this room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. Three rooms equipped with home theaters--room for everyone to pick what they want to view. nTwo bedrooms have a queen bed and extra trundle beds to accommodate 4 in each bedroom and the third bedroom has a daybed with pull-out trundle. We provide sheets and towels. We do, however, limit our group of visitors to a maximum of six adults. n nIn the rear of the house is a deck with table and chairs and also a gas grill for barbecuing. All with lots of privacy. In the front of the house there is a gracious patio as sell as a pricate sunning deck. n nWe provide passes for the daily gate use, the use of The Sea Pines Beach Club which has free parking right in front making it easy to transport your chairs, toys, towels, etc. This beach club provides a large, beautiful beach with Ocean access, a restaurant for dining and a bar to relax and have a drink before going home. n nThere is access to pools, bike trails all over the Island, tennis courts, golf courses, horseback riding and many, many more activities as well. The bike trails through the Sea Pines Preserve are particularly beautiful. n n There is lots of space for cheerful gatherings. The great room is the central gathering place for visiting, games, HDTV Home Theater, reading and many other activities. There is an adjacent dining area capable of accommodating a large group. Also, nearby is a wide open, very spacious, well equipped, kitchen which is sleekly ready for you to prepare meals for 2 or 20. The cooks can be preparing food and still be in the action around them as the kitchen, dining, family room is a large and open area. The glass ceilinged atrium is fully furnished and is adjacent to the great room. It is especially fun to read or spend leisure time in in the cooler months. The atrium has a sleeper sofaand can be made totally private. nThere is a den/third bedroom with comfortable daybed -perfect for quieter HDV Home Theater'', playing board games or sleeping. This den can be closed off with sliding pocket doors for privacy. n nIn addition to the comfortable indoor spaces, there are private outdoor decks for sun bathing, casual dining or just visiting. Quiet neighborhood for taking long walks in Sea Pines. n nLaundry room is available on the premises as well as covered parking area. nThis is a private corner location on a small cul-de-sac location, across the street from a Sea Pines Country Club golf course fairway. n nWe are a brief car ride/free trolly ride from the Beaches and also a short walk to stores, movies, etc.--location is very convenient! n nThere are great boating and sight-seeing opportunities in addition to all of the various activities available on Hilton Head Island. Close by there is historic Harbour Town, further away there is Savannah and even further away but still within reach is Charleston.
