Choose this incredible home for an unforgettable family vacation or combine it with either #3 or #4, or both, for a huge family reunion, wedding or work retreat, they're all within a few steps of each other! nWith all the charm of a rich English Manor, deep green ivy surrounds the garage and on the front stair raisers as you enter the wide foyer of this home. To the right is the large great room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinets and Corian countertops and seats 5 at the counter. A separate dining room, which will accommodate 8 to 10 people, is just off the kitchen. Access to a screened in porch, which has a wooden table and 6 chairs, and the pool and spa area is through this room and the family room. The family room, in tones of soft sea tones of beige, blue and green, has a large flat screen TV and a Bose sound system for the music lovers in your group. There is a full size sleep sofa in this room. This entire area has marble floor tiles. If you enter the home and go right, you'll find the first of 6 bedrooms. There are 2 comfortable queen size beds, an armoire to house the TV and DVD player, and a full private bath. nUp to the second floor and three more bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a King, 4-poster bed in a rich black finish. Soft peach walls and a peach spread make you feel like you're in the islands. This is a large room with a private balcony overlooking the pool and spa area. The private bath attached to this room has a whirlpool tub and separate shower and his and her sinks. A large TV with DVD and VHS are in the armoire. The yellow room also has a king size bed, TV with DVD player and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. Last but not least, is the third bedroom on this floor, which has 2 queen size beds and a private bath. Decorated in greens and blues, the cream armoire has a TV with a DVD player, the beds are a soft green and the spreads are a combination of soft green and blue patchwork. There is a slight view of the ocean from this room. nOn the third floor are two more bedrooms and a fantastic bonus room where the whole family can gather for fun and entertainment. The hall and bonus room have beautiful rich hardwood floors. This room has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and a separate icemaker. There's a game table for playing cards or board games, and a large flat screen TV and Bose surround sound system. This room also has a full size sleep sofa and a half bath. A desk with hi-speed Internet access is located in the hallway. The kid's room is next to the bonus room and with three twin size beds and a set of bunk beds can accommodate 5 children! There's also a TV and DVD player located in this room. The kids have their own bath with a stand up shower and three separate pedestal sinks. Down the hall to the last bedroom with a King size 4-poster bed, done in ocean colors of aqua and soft pale green. A large TV, VHS and DVD players housed in the armoire and a private bath with a shower and his and her sinks. A balcony off this bedroom also connects to the bonus room and also has the best ocean views in the house. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Tennis courts available through the Port Royal Raquet Club for a fee.

It just changed the appearance of the house completely!! We have installed new windows, which really brightened up the rooms. We also purchased a new leather sofa for the living room and new ceiling fans for the bedrooms. We are very excited with the improvements and we hope you are too! This is a great family gathering place, with 5 bedrooms, sleeping accommodations for 13. This house offers amenities to enjoy the beach year round: a private heated pool ($200/week) for spring and fall visits and a fireplace for winter retreats This 'classic' beachhouse is located on the ocean, just a few steps on our boardwalk to the white sandy beach. We are located on the north end of Harbor Island. You can enjoy the ocean air while your children take a break from the sand and surf to swim at your own private pool. Exterior showers make it easy to rinse off before retiring to the interior of the home. And the large park size charcoal grill located by the pool is a fun way to prepare your meals while lounging by the pool. The open floor plan provides great family time, whether you are cooking, eating, or lounging in the living room. You can view the ocean from all of these areas/functions.
