Watching skiers from the main floor or the master bedroom is a favorite.The Park City resort is a five minute walk plus the free shuttle stops near the condo to take you to Park City Main Street, Deer Valley Ski area, the Canyons resort, or to the Outlets at Kimball Junction.Summertime provides a beautiful mountain setting for biking and hiking as well as fun activities and ball games in the city park adjacent to the condo. Located in a wonderful part of the town, this condominium's proximity puts you so close to so much that is Park City.A car isn't necessary since you are within walking distance to most everything: Historic Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, movie theater, the summer skate park, ice skating, City Park with baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and children’s playground. The free Park City bus system stop is steps away from your front door. The bus can take you to skiing at Deer Valley and The Canyons, additional movie theaters and shopping at Redstone Shopping Center, the Outlet Stores, and the Utah Olympic Park (2002 Winter Olympic games site). During the warmer months there is mountain biking at all 3 resorts, plenty of golf, hiking, world class fly fishing, ballooning, and 2 nearby lakes for water activities. WiFi and Cable available.The layout of the condo is as follows:Upstairs there are two bedroom suites: The Skier Room with a king size bed, double closets, and a full bath/shower. The Large-Animal Theme Room has a king size bed with a bathroom and shower.The main level has a full sized kitchen, dining room, family room with gas fireplace, and access to a full balcony. Two couches on the main level convert into queen beds. The main level bathroom has a washer and dryer, as well as a large steam room/shower.Downstairs has the Silver Miner Bedroom with two single log beds and a full bath/shower. The private hot tub is located next to the entrance door in its own Cedar walled room. Two covered parking stalls are located next to the front door on this level. Additional parking is available on site.

Mauna Kai's tropical breezes and warm waters can be your next dream vacation.Our beautiful Mauna Kai townhouse is in a lush garden setting at the end of a quiet walkway. It's an end unit with no one above or below, and only one common wall. With three bedrooms there is plenty of room, two with queen beds and the third bedroom has a new king bed. In addition to the three bedrooms is a loft with a new queen sleeper sofa and play area for the kids or a work office. We enjoy staying there several times a year and make it feel like home, completely livable and fully functional.Wood floors throughout the main floor give it that clean cool feel. The main floor living area has two story vaulted plantation style beam ceilings. Island style louvered windows offer good air flow to maximize trade wind cooling. The main living area is on the ground floor and stays cooler than units with second story living areas. A 120 gallon solar heated water heater offers plenty of hot water for multiple showers. We installed new custom carpet in the two upstairs bedrooms and loft, also with vaulted ceilings and fans. The well equiped kitchen is remodeled with beautiful granite counter tops and maple cabinets. The upstairs bathroom has new marble shower and granite vanity top. The main floor bathroom has a new marble walk in shower and granite vanity top with vessel sink.The Mauna Kai pool is the largest condo pool in Princeville, a pool where you can actually swim laps! The gazebo offers gas and charcoal grills, sink, fridge and space for a private party for 50, however it is usually empty and quiet!A short drive will take you to Hanalei town or Hanalei Beach Park, an incredible town beach with endless sand, soft waves, wade in swimming and boogie board fun. For the more adventurous, Na Pali Coast hiking, kayaking and Secret Beach are the Ultimate! Secret Beach is a 1/2 mile of ever changing natural sand, waves and cliffs with rarely more than a handful of souls.A short stroll to the Westin Resort gives you access to the finest luxury spa and dining comforts, without the price of the room. Or maybe just visit for coffee, excellent whale watching, or the ultimate Bali Hai sunset! Bali Hai is the north shore's canvas for the last sunset in the United States each evening.
