Description:Seagrove Retreat is a private estate which cascades down the hill to a large Southern Home with three on suite airconditioned bedrooms. The luxury Master bedroom is on the second floor with its own porch. It has a Kingsize bed. The guest rooms have one king/or two twins, while the other has a quensize bed. The home is constructed out of local wood and has wrap around porches offering the most spectacular views of the ocean. Stroll off the porch onto a large deck and cool off in the pool. The living area offers wide open space comprising of a modern kitchen with a bar area. Large family room with video libary and Direct TV. Dining room, although most guests eat on the porch. Study with Internet service and wireless connection. Pingpong table. The doors and island louver windows are screened, and along withthe fans there is a constant breeze. The main house can sleep up to eight people. r nThe estate then cascades on down through lush gardens to the Boat House which sits on the water. We fish from the porch, and watch a variety of fish feeding around the dock, along with an eagle ray that saunters by from time to time. Description:The Blue House is one of the most recognized vacation rentals on Roatan. This vacation rental house is located just steps from the sea with spectacular views of Roatan and the mainland Honduras and ready for you to enjoy your Roatan Holiday vacation. Located just 5 minutes from the village of west end and the best tourist beach of west bay. The home sits on about 1 acre of land and is quite private. While this is a vaction rental you will truly feel as if you are comming home to your own Roatan house. r nWhile business may not be your thing while on a vacation holiday we understand the value of staying connected via Internet and that is why we include wireless internet with no additionl rental cost. r nA car is recommended. There are many taxi's available but it is a couple hundred yard walk to get to them and the costs would be prohibitive if you did much traveling, we recomend you rent a car for at least part of your holiday vacation. r nThe blue house is not on the beach but rather the Ironshore coast. There are steps from the house to the clear blue carribean waters and various decks around the property. The first floor is storage, the second floor is the bedroom level with a deck and small sunroom area with one full bath in each bedroom, the third floor is the kitchen, living room and dining room and bathroom. From the dining room you are almost directly above the blue carribean waters of Roatan. Then you can head upstairs to the widows walk which is perhaps the most unique feature of this vacation home. Description:there are 4 cabinas that i manage which can accomodate 2 persons each. also a three story dock, and a bodega on the water. the parking is covered parking for a skiff from a sailboat...there are two spaces covered and up to 5 more. ou can dock at deep water dockage or moor sailboat in protected sunni's cove. reefs surround the deep water access. there is snorkeling right of the sandy beach and scuba diving is allowed across the bay. there are approximately 12 stores on the island, and 4 restuarants that serve local fare. located less than 1 minute by skiff or 15 minutes by kayak. no car traffic, and ver difficult and private to get to. once you get there you will not want to leave. peaceful and quiet, but the buzzing town of utila is located 4 miles east, where there are 14 plus dive shopes, 20 plus restaurants, a movie theatre, and much much more.
