The unit offers two equally large king master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms are a palace with quality furniture, flat screen TVs, large closets and in-room safe. All windows have custom made dark wood shutters for total privacy and darkness when desired. n nVilla Isla Bonita was professionally decorated by Sand Castles Designs and the attention to detail shows. The walls are hand rub for a unique paint scheme, each piece of furniture was custom designed and every piece ties it together. The wall mounted water features greet you as you enter and the rest builds on that focal point. n nThe kitchen is a show piece with plenty of counter space and under cabinet lighting. Also has a granite prep island and eating bar, and quality appliances. n nEach bedroom is large and holds a custom made king bed and LCD TV, also each has an attached bathroom with custom glass block shower enclosures and one of kind fixtures and mirrors. n nThe living room hosts a comfortable seating area, custom built entertainment center, holding a 50 LCD TV, DVD/ CD stereo player, some books and DVDs. n nThe only thing better than the inside is the outside, a large patio overlooking the pool and ocean with comfortable lounges and a large table and chairs with a stainless BBQ. So turn on the patio ceiling fans and sip a cold one while you keep an eye on the pool. n nSo, take a swim in our beautiful private community pool and enjoy a cool drink or snack from the pool snack bar. The large great room has soaring 18 ft. high ceilings and multiple French doors opening onto a wide wrap around veranda with sweeping views of the beach, ocean, the Utila Cays and the mainland mountains on the horizon. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and the large dinning table seats eight. The master bedroom has a queen sized canopy bed, walk in closet, en-suite bathroom and French doors opening onto a sea view veranda. There are three more bedrooms, two of which have French doors that open directly onto the beach, all have queen sized beds, large closets and there are two more full bathrooms. The Pineapple House is tastefully furnished and all table ware, bed linens and towels are of the finest quality. The shady verandas are also furnished and perfect for lounging and siestas, as is the beach with its hammocks, sun beds and casitas. A large sunbathing/star gazing deck is built over the water, enjoy cooling breezes as you look at the coral reef below or enjoy sunsets over the cays. Diving and fishing trips are easily arranged as are trips to the Utila Cays and the snorkeling right in front of the house is world class. Featuring over 2800 sq. ft. of living space and 600 sq. ft. of covered verandas, the Pineapple House can be rented as a two, three or four bedroom home comfortably accommodating up to 8 adults. For larger groups we can also offer the delightful CORAL HOUSE which can accommodate an additional two couples in its two bedrooms/two bathrooms, this house also features a full kitchen and living room with multiple sets of french doors that open onto a huge wrap around veranda. The Coral House is located 100ft down the beach from The Pineapple House. Rental includes pick up from Utila town on your arrival day and return boat trip to town on check out day (no boat transfers at night). Full provisioning of the home with food and drinks prior to your arrival is also available and we can arrange scuba diving, fishing and/or sight seeing trips.
