With 4BR 4BA and a private pool, it is beautifully furnished and decorated, and you can rent all or part of it. n nYes, you can have it all! Located in Coral Vistas, directly on the beach on Half Moon Bay, this villa has amazing wraparound ocean views in every direction, is quiet and private, has its own pool, and is just a block from the center of town. n nThis is a new luxury villa, with central air, backup power, granite countertops, hardwood cabinets, hardwood and tile floors, Egyptian cotton sheets, wireless Internet, cable TV, and many other amenities--see the list below. The living area offers wide open space comprising of a modern kitchen with a bar area. Large family room with video libary and Direct TV. Dining room, although most guests eat on the porch. Study with Internet service and wireless connection. Pingpong table. The doors and island louver windows are screened, and along withthe fans there is a constant breeze. The main house can sleep up to eight people. r nThe estate then cascades on down through lush gardens to the Boat House which sits on the water. We fish from the porch, and watch a variety of fish feeding around the dock, along with an eagle ray that saunters by from time to time. The boat house has a large airconditioned bedroom with a king size bed. The living area is spacious, and especially enhanced by the feeling of being over the water and hearing the lapping of the waves. r nThe spacious dock offers plently of room to lounge in the shade or rest in the hammock. We swim off the dock, and there is a pad to easily launch the kayaks from. The Boat house can sleep up to four people. r nSeagrove Retreat offers a unique experience for friends and family. You can rent the entire place, the Main House and/or Boat house seperately. We never rent it out to differant groups at the same time, so your privacy is always guarranteed.
