There is a sliding door next to the kitchen nook that opens up to the massive backyarde280a6 nThe second floor has radiant heated wood floors though out with vaulted nutty pine ceilings sky lights another expansive entertaining/living area which includes a living area with stone mantle gas fireplace with 2 leather arm chairs and a chest board table so bring your pieces on the other side of the room a flat screen television with a couch(pull out bed) and loveseat, there is a blackjack table in the game room with another wet bar built in, then in the hall there is a granite desktop for internet use or study. nThere are 4 bedrooms e28093 the first is the Blue room- it has 2 full size beds and a full bathroom with shower over the tub and a double sink with stone countertops ( it is shared and has a door to the upstairs area as well.) The second room is the Brown master suite with a queen size bed, an arm ware that holds a flat screen television a sliding door off to the back deck and a master bath with white marble countertops a double sink and stone floors with a shower separate from the Jacuzzi tub- with vaulted ceilings. Description:Welcome to Spikes Place ! nThis wonderful haven is just across the street from the Tahoe Donner Golf Course and the Recreation Center which has a snow play area, swimming pools, hot tubs, workout center and more. nThis is a three level home in which you enter on the bottom level. On this level is the master bedroom which has a Queen bed along with a TV, DVD player, and a CD player. Attached is a full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Bedroom #2 is also on the lower lever and has one Queen bed along with one Twin bed. There is a full bathroom across the hall with a shower. The washer/dryer are on this level as well as the garage, however there is NO GARAGE ACCESS. All parking will be in the driveway. nThe main level has an open floor plan with a living room, dining area and kitchen along with a wet bar. nThere are vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace as well as a front and back deck for morning coffee or BBQ's. There is a propane grill on the front deck available year-round. nThis floor also has bedroom #3 with a Double bed and a bathroom complete with shower in the hall. nThe upper level is the loft which has a separate office area. This area gets lots of light and is a great place to curl up with a book in a comfy chair. And the bathrooms and kitchen were a dream. n The location was really spectacular. The meadow across the street, and the quiet street were ideal for a morning walk.
