There is also a newly renovated carriage house apartment,that has one private bedroom and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The carriage house sleeps four. Their is a kitchenette with stainless appliances, There is one spacious bathroom There is also a one bedroom unit available with private bath , mini frig,microwave, cable tv/dvr, ,air conditioning and phone for only $595 a week. All rentals have access to washer and dryer, Th rental is located in a beautiful enclave near the York Harbor area walking distance to the ocean and a swimming cove. There are extensive perennial gardens and garden chairs and tables and also an outdoor bbq grill. .One acre of beautifully landscaped perennial gardens with several patio and garden outdoor seating areas. The entrance hall leads to the main part of the villa and the master bedroom & ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has large patio doors that lead to the garden via a covered patio where you can sit & enjoy the view. The villa has 2 areas of seating & a dining area. The kitchen has a double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster etc and all the cutlery, crockery & glassware you need for your stay. The other 2 bedrooms share the bathroom, which has a bath, & walk in shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is underfloor heating in the master bedroom & 2 bathrooms, the other rooms have eco friendly radiators, the living area having a wood burner for chilly nights. It 's tastefully and comfortably furnished with a soft ultra-suede couch which doubles as a queen sofabed featuring a self-inflating air mattress. The California-style kitchen is open to the livingroom and has tile counter tops, Saltillo tile floors and natural wood cabinets. There is a large dining area with a lovely wooden table that expands with a built-in leaf to a table for 8 with 8 chairs, if you have guests for dinner. There is a soft candle-light chandelier above it. The downstairs bedroom has a pillow-top queen bed and flat-screen TV/DVD. The upstairs bedroom also has a queen bed and a large flatscreen TV that rotates out from the wall 90 degrees. The door opens out to a small balcony with a peek of the ocean. Just around the corner from the bed is a little people 's loft area with a single day bed and a single pull out trundle bed. Each floor has a bathroom, a full bath/shower downstairs and a walk-in glass shower upstairs. nPrepare breakfast at home or go right downstairs to the pastry shop for a hot cinnamon bun before heading out for a fun day of sightseeing in San Diego. 2 mi to SeaWorld, 3 mi to Old Town and about 6-9 miles to the world famous Zoo, Balboa Park, the Gas Lamp district and Little Italy and the Embarcadero where you can see the floating museums, take a whale watching cruise or catch a ferry over to Coronado Island. Just 40 minutes North to Legoland or NE to the Wild Animal Safari Park.
