Almost on the beach, this rental home has no dune or home obstructing the ocean view or beach access. This contemporary family home has a ground level entry with Rec Room (that can convert into the 5th bedroom) offering 2 Queen Sleep Sofas, a half bath, a Foosball table, Playstation (available upon request with deposit), wet bar with refrigerator and a home theater system with 55 inch LCD tv and blu-ray player. The middle level of this home has the first Master suite (Bedroom #1) with a King bed and private full bath with whirlpool tub. Bedroom #2 has 2 Single beds and Bedroom #2 has 1 Bunk set with a Trundle bed that pulls out. These 2 bedrooms share an adjoining full bathroom. The top floor has an open and airy great room with living room with 46 inch LCD tv and blu-ray, dining room, and kitchen combo area. Bedroom #4 which is the 2nd Master Bedroom suite is also on this level and has a King bed. There are expansive views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean from covered porches and open decks. All amenities listed below are provided and baby equipment (crib & highchair) is provided. Fireplace is only offered prior to 4/15 and after 10/15. PETS ARE PERMITTED at this home. The turnover day for this home is Saturday. This home is only available for full week stays. Linen rental is available, the Bedding Package is $170.00, the Bath Package is $100.00, the Full Linen Package is $255.00- tax not included.
